Colour is always good and quite rich. As it’s Demi-permanent the colour fades, but always looks natural. The colourists have done a good job of achieving the colour I want.
I docked a star due to the colour not picking up light the way I’m used to. It’s still great results for a third of what I’d pay my hairdresser, and beats the heck out of box dye and other Demi’s I’ve bought. The fact that the colour can be adjusted according to my wants and needs is the icing on the cake.
At this point I can’t see getting my colour anywhere else.

My colorist formulated a color based on my challenges of resistant gray and color-correction of ash and gold. My new color is auburn with brown and mahogany. Absolutely gorgeous! Gray is 100% covered, ash (green) & gold are gone. Color is dimensional and shiny.

I love that I can get salon quality hair color delivered right to my door. And I can also request changes to be made to the color when I feel ready to make those changes. The best part is that you can choose ammonia free color kits, and I love this!

I had paid £80 for my hair professionally done and then saw the ad for esalon on TikTok and thought I would give it a try next time. Wow! It is better than my hairdresser one. Love my color and doesn’t damage my hair. My Hairstylist is always in aw of how good the color is. Customer service is awesome. If you reach out to them for anything they will help you. I’ve been a customer for almost 10 years. I do wish that they would have a rewards program.

I’ve been a customer for five years now I think. I only have incredible things to say about not only the products, but the people working there. I recently had an issue and the customer service I received was amazing. My colorist went out of her way to help me and I just can’t say thank you enough. I will never buy hair color anywhere again. I have been coloring my hair for probably 36 or so years now. I worked in a salon at one point doing color and I’m just so impressed with this company. My new color formulation was perfect, because I was changing my color. They even sent me a double amount because I have long hair, it was just such an amazing experience. Thank you E Salon for being so amazing and taking such good care of me. No wonder you’re voted top of the line each year in the awards. I love everything about this company.

The colorist's assessment was perfect but the most amazing result - better gray coverage and very little fading over time...and I have been able to gain an extra week or 2 between coloring!!!

I have used esalon before and liked it but would occasionally get an allergic reaction. This time I opted for the ammonia free version, worried it would not cover my resistant gray. It was perfect! I could not believe it. I am so in love with this new formula and will tell anyone who will listen.

71 gray roots 1 yr just great 2yr need. Something stronger to cover grays 3yr my hair to dry les,s ammonia. so what I’m trying to say my hair not stain the same it changes and they work with you every way they can and that’s done a great job and they’re learning my hair just like I’m learning my hair and how to deal with it to color I appreciate them and I think the people that made this company so we can save money but still look pretty. Hello, I wanted to get rid of my gray and have some pizazz (sp?) again. I am not all gray but mostly framed around my face. Instead of following instructions from esalon to do my gray hair first I do it last! This results in my hair looking highlighted without the expense and fuss!

Ma coloriste est toujours à l'écoute. Le set est parfait et super facile à utiliser. Le service est rapide ! Le changement de teinte était parfait avec la repousse de mes racines. Ça n'a pas abîmé mes cheveux jusqu'à présent, ils sont toujours doux.

I received my root touch-up and used it to get rid of the pesky grays. I had shared pictures and explained my desire to be able to touch up the roots in between salon visits. Initially, the color seemed perfect but faded after a few washes. I contacted a color specialist, and she adjusted my color. Looking forward to trying it!

Ive used most hair colours and I'm including salon ones here. This colour leaves your hair smooth and silky with great colour at a fraction of the salon cost.

Love the color of doing my hair myself. So easy to use in my home & directions are clear. If need any help-they are only a phone call away. It's nice that I can send a picture to show them of any adjustments I want to make. I've been using ESalon color for a few years now & I wouldn't go back to store bought. My color stays the same with no surprises.

This service has completely changed my at home hair dye experience! Was so worried I wouldn’t be able to manage my hair colour at home after leaving my salon & going back to natural dark hair after bleach blonde but it’s been so easy! The colours have been absolutely perfect/ beautiful & I love being able to change things if I need to.

I asked for some adjustments to be done, lighter color. They not only made the adjustments but also mixed my coloring so it didn’t turn out brassy. Absolutely love the color. This prouduct is very affordable and extremely easy to apply. Thank you eSalon!

The colour products are so easy to use, and I love that there is a choice between chemicals that can damage my hair or not but having the same effects and giving the same professional finish.
The colour is my choice and I can ask my colourist for tweets when I need them.
My hair is left with a soft silky finish every time and my hair is healthy even when using this product.
It is great that can get the look of a salon finish without the salon price.
Everything is provided including stain protector and stain remover, not that I have had to use either.
Off the shelf products for home use do not have the same care for different types of hair, whereas esalone you need to give as much information about your hair as possible, so if you provide the wrong information/untrue information, then that is on you, I'm afraid.

I would like to send you some feedback.
I was recommended to you by a coworker, I was hesitant to say the least. I thought to get a good color you had to pay at least $300 at a salon.
I sent in my request and thought there was no way that you could match the color i wanted, boy way i wrong.
The color you sent me was absolutely beautiful, and I couldn't be happier. The instructions were easy to follow and the quality of the product was like a salon.
My outcome was shiny and beautiful hair in the color I wanted.
I used to spend so much money just to get my roots done and this is such an amazing option for a very reasonable price.

I am very impressed with the quality and results of my hair color. The color turned out well and the condition of my hair is excellent. Just what I wanted, bright and natural looking.! I will probably aim to go a little lighter in the future but I am quite happy with it right now. The only problems I encountered was having difficulty squeezing the color onto my hair ( will try the bowl method next time) and having a shipment leak on me. I did receive a new color kit without question which I really appreciate. I also want to personally thank all of the staffing taking their time to help me and personalize my color.
