Very happy using your product! Only thing is, that it fades so quick. I may need to dye more frequent. But colors are vibrant and look great! Happy to get away from the high costs at salons and just do it myself.

I have very sensitive skin and usually will burn my scalp. This product doesn't burn, smells genuinely nice and is very easy to apply as it is thin and spreads well.

Love my colour. Asked e salon to adjust as wasn’t covering my grey and was a bit orange. They have made a huge difference and it is now perfect. I have had lots of compliments on how natural my hair looks.

I’m satisfied with the results. I feel as though I need to wear a mask before I put on the second formula! Even with the fan going on for ventilation, the fumes are very strong. I would strongly suggest including a mask with this coloring process box.

I love eSalon. My first order, choosing from the color samples, wasn't at all what I was aiming for.
I sent customer service an email with my concerns and they were wonderful. They set up a phone call with the colorist and I was able to explain what I was looking for. The second coloring was much better but still needed a few tweaks.
Again they listened and adjusted and on the third try it was perfect ! Exactly what I was looking for.
And the grey, or rather white, in my hair is covered and stays covered ! It's truly wonderful.
It does not wash out like I have had in the past, even with salon dyed hair. Towards the time I need to re-dye my hair, it gets lighter but the white hairs do not come through. So when the color fades a bit it just looks more like highlights instead of grey/white.
I am a 100% happy customer

I was hesitant but it turned out great. I would have liked more strawberry towards the bottom but my husband says he sees it so it may have been the lighting. He also loves it too. It goes really well with my pale complexion as well. Easy instructions and easy to use.

I absolutely LOVE my color and it’s been adjusted a few times but every single month the hair at my temples are still gray and it’s frustrating. I’m leaving town to go to Nashville in weeks and want it to look fresh and good but this is not the first time this has happened.

My Husband introduce eSalon to me. I do not remember how he found the company, he has passed. I've used only e-Salon to dye my hair since late 2022, and have tried a few colours within the same lightness-level. I've used the Custom colour set several times, and (twice now) the light set, to add compatible highlights. Each time, I've been satisfied with my colour result. I'm also pleased with the sustained health of my hair, the grey coverage, the flexibility to apply colour on my own schedule at home without rushing to appointments, and with the ease of adjusting/changing the colour for upcoming orders. Communication with eSalon staff has been courteous and very helpful whenever I've had questions or concerns. They've reached out to me as well if unsure or missing any information needed to ensure great hair colour results. Shipping to Canada has been speedy and reliable also.
I'm glad I can trust my hair health to knowledgeable professionals and get a predictably-great colour result, at a good price point.

My goal was to tone down my blonde highlights and better blend the dark roots growing in. I tried Dark Ash Blond color and it was perfect. It lightened my roots and darkened the highlights to create a beautiful all over color. The highlights still peak through which I love (I wiped off some of the color from a few highlighted strands half way through the processing). So easy to use and and saving so much time and money! I love it!

My adult daughters, have begged me, not to touch my hair. I have natural white streaks, that began growing in 2018, after I lost my father and brother, four months apart to suicide. I love my white streaks and get compliments all the time. People actually think they are professional done. At 47 years old, I’ve been ready for a change, I just didn’t want to lose my streaks. I Felt they had been earned. The colorist made a beautiful color. Dark brown with purple pearl. When my daughter came home yesterday, she was like, “Wow, you look beautiful, that color” She absolutely loves it and I do too!! I was able to separate most of my white streaks and am incredibly happy about that! The whole experience has been great!! The color is awesome. I’m glad the colorist wanted me to go with Demi permanent, especially since it was my first time in over 20 years doing anything to my hair. Although it’s Demi, it leave me open to staying with this amazing color or trying something new!!! Wonderful advice. Thank you!!!

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience of using esalon. The colour was exact to what I needed, which was amazing. The pack included shampoo/conditioner & colour guard/remover, everything I needed to colour my hair stress free.
The colour was very gently.
I would highly recommend esalon.

Upon receiving the hair color, I opened it up, and I was really surprised to see how much is included in the box. Everything you need to color your hair from two sets of gloves to shampoo and conditioner which is a big plus I colored my hair over a week ago and it is just as bright as it was the day I colored it. I highly recommend this product.

Estoy totalmente satisfecha con la calidad de sus productos, es verdaderamente útil todos los concejos, la cobertura del tinte es espectacular, el kit trae todo lo necesario para realizar en casa la aplicación del tinte, sin embargo he decidio no volverme a pintar el cabellos hasta que esté vuelva a su tono natural y allí ver qué reinventarme. Muchas gracias por todo y siempre los recomiendo.

This hair color has been working wonderfully. It took some color adjusting, which takes all the guess work and trying to figure out the right formula. I love that you can adjust according to your needs. Most of all I love that this hair color is not damaging at all, as other dyes tend to be. I recommend to anyone who regularly dyes their new growth.

I am a natural redhead/auburn and now as I am aging (currently 67) it had lightened dramatically. Your staff has been wonderful to work with and have made adjustments and now I LOVE my hair color and often stopped by strangers with compliments. eSalon has a great product for my hair, which, given my aging process interrupting my easy-going hair of years past, is a big deal. My old hair color was not cutting it for this 60+ woman, and this brought it back to life. Love the quality and the results. Besides that, the directions are very clear and detailed, I never run out of color before it is done and I feel better about dealing with the thinning hair in one spot, thick, ridiculous hair in another, and the dryness that was exaggerated by other hair color products. Aging is not for the weak, and eSalon has given me an extension on the time before I give up coloring and go with the grey. (IF I ever choose to do that of course.) Thank you, eSalon team!!
