I dont usually leave reviews but I actually can't get over the quality! My hair feels and looks insane the shine is unreall!! I wouldn't go anywhere else now I am a customer for life I was not expecting these kind of results it is literally like salon quality and to be able to do it myself and at home is crazy! I love everything about this product and I'm excited to try new colours and to have some one to talk to and go through my options is amazing!! So so happy!!

Having my hair color sent to me automatically is the best service ever!! They work with you to come up with the exact color you like. This eliminates having to go to the store, look for the product /color, than having to plan around all of this to do your hair.

Went from light blond to medium as I was getting too light on top. Love the new shade. Looks like I have all over highlights yet the colour is not a lot darker- very subtle.

eSalon has been so helpful. The changes you made in my last order were perfect. My color looks great, just like my natural color that I had when I was younger. E salon popped up on my fb, after struggling to mage time to visit the salon and not wanting to use a supermarket box dye, I thought I’d give it ago. There’s lots of questions to answer to make sure you get what you want, I added a note also. The colourist emailed me to say the colour is chosen she thought would be too golden so she was going to add something to tone it down slightly, which I thought was fantastic customer service! When it came I was so impressed, the presentation of the products was amazing, looks and feels special. I read the personalised instructions then started. I was slightly worried as it was developing as it looked very dark, however when I washed it off it was perfect! I absolutely love the colour and I would actually say it’s the nicest colour I’ve ever had on! I’ll definitely be doing this every month! Thank you so much

I went for the ammonia free color option which I’m glad I did. My hair still feels healthy and normal which is not something I’ve normally felt after coloring my hair at home. My color stylist recommended gradually going darker instead of jumping straight to dark brown (my natural color). This was a smart choice in case I change my mind in the future and want to get highlights again.

This colour product was a very good match..I wanted the colour tweaked so it was slightly lighter for next time and then I think it will be perfect! The colour lasts well, I’d say a lot longer than other box colour brands off the high street and also from my own hair salon. Very helpful online advice too! Very pleased.

I have had my hair colored to cover gray at the salon for many years, and have never colored my own hair, so was very nervous about how it would turn out. My experience with eSalon was wonderful from start to finish. My kit arrived faster than expected, and included steps for a pre-treatment (at no extra charge). eSalon sent me the product needed to fill my previously lightened and porous hair, so that my new/darker color would go on evenly. Lot's of compliments on the color. I had to adjust the color several times to create the color I wished. Each time the color was lovely. The colorists were great and it was a personalized set created just for me. My hair is soft! The newly applied color blended well with the previous color without any lines of demarcation.

This product is easy to use and I love the results. After watching application videos I was able to successfully color my hair. I have gotten many compliments on my hair color. I have also saved money! This is much more economical than going to the stylist. The videos are extremely helpful and have inspired me to seek out videos to provide instruction on how to cut my hair as well. In the beginning I reached out to customer service for assistance in color and application methods. They were very helpful. I would not hestitate to recommend this product and company.

I’ve been using box color for years. I submitted my picture of my hair color and answered all the questions. The color I got was so perfect for me. There was a glow to my hair and a richness that I was not getting from the box color I had been using. It’s been a couple weeks and the color looks the same and has not faded. If you want to color your own hair or have someone do it for you this is a perfect way to accomplish it! They have matched my suggested color very well!! I am very pleased with it!!! The esalon hair color matches what I was striving for much better than any salon I have used thus far!!

This is a very good product. Just be cautious with the frequency of shipments! The color is as described and is long-lasting and conditioning. It is a little strong on the odor side so use a fan, open a window and make sure you have good ventilation. The smell does not last long, so that's a plus.

Color is perfect and stays good longer than any other product I've used. My natural color has no red or yellow and they nailed it. Very happy with this product, definitely worth it. Also leaves my hair in nice condition . PS I have thin hair that is pretty fragile.

The color is perfect every time. The colorists are great. Easy to use, great directions, I enjoy the extra touches such as stain guard and stain remover, 2 sets of gloves, sticker to hold directions, and the box is personalized with my name.

Love, love, love. Everything you need comes in one package, my hair looks healthy and shiny after application. I have a lot of grays and feel like the kit provides great coverage for my roots. I feel like I am getting better results with this kit at home than at a salon.

I'm loving this color and experience! I was sick of going to the salon all the time, it's too tedious for me, so when I heard of eSalon I had to try it! They provide super easy instructions and customer support is amazing. After I let them know I wanted my color a little more vibrant, they were able to adjust my second order color very easily (be sure the send pictures of your hair). I give 4 stars because formula is a little drying but other than that everything is great!

When I originally placed my order I selected a color which would have been an extreme transition to my current hair color, going from light level 10 blond to a dark brown/red color. Alexandria P, my colorist, suggested that I start with a lighter color and then transition to the darker color. Oh boy was she right! The custom color she selected came out beautiful and i love it. If I would have done what I should have originally requested it would have been a shell shock! The product and service is great. I will definitely be continuing and following Alexandria's guidance. I was new to home colouring after being made redundant during lockdown and was a bit nervous to be honest.
The instructions that accompany the colour set gives very clear information on how to mix your colour and it's application. The colour set is very easy to mix and does not smell overly strong and the results are as good as any salon visit.
Don't feel worried about trying to colour your hair at home, eSalon products are excellent quality and the enclosed instructions are very comprehensive, eSalon was recommended by a friend, and I won't be returning to a salon for my colour again.
