This is the best conditioner on the market, bar none. I have less issues with this brand and the fact that its basically all natural doesn;t hurt either. Smells good too.

I really cannot give an honest review since I am trying to use up my other shampoo and conditioners. I did use the samples you sent me with my last order. I loved the way it suds up with only a small amount and I have mid-length hair.
I will be updating my review when I start using the conditioner.

Although this product does what it says it will do, the packaging makes it difficult to use. I got tired of standing in the shower struggling to squeeze it hard enough to make the conditioner come out, so I cut open the bottle and scooped the conditioner into a tupperware container. Sorry.

This conditioner is wonderful; however, the dispenser is terrible! I ended up taking it out of this bottle & putting it in another container.

I love this conditioner but the packaging is not arthritis friendly. The bottle is very hard to squeeze.

I love how this conditioner leaves my hair, seeming to actually repair the dryness.
One question though, how do I get it out of the bottle? I have had such a hard time getting the bottle open! It is frustrating and the product does not easily dispense. Having to squish and squeeze and shake! I’m going to have to cut it off or some thing. Thank you for listening!

Great conditioner, just can't get it out of bottle, and can't get bottle open to put a little water in to make it come out easier. So very frustrating, but the product is good. I know I will be wasting at least one third of bottle simply because I can't get to it. Will need to take a saw to cut bottle in half to get to the rest of product.

This stuff has done wonders to my hair, I don't care for the way it smells, that's ok though considering how awesome my hair looks now compared to before I started using this product.

The bottle is impossible to squeeze. I can't get any product out at all. I did manage to get a small amount out by stepping on the bottle with all of my weight, but it wasn't even enough to cover my hair. I liked what the small bit I did get to use did for my hair, but it is just not worth the effort.

Hard to get out of bottle

I bought the set of shampoo and conditioner. Unfortunately I have a very hard time getting both out of the bottle so can't use it anymore. The bottle is very stiff and hard to squeeze. On a positive note, customer service is awesome. I have been using this salon service for a very long time and this review is my only negative. They are wonderful to deal with.

I dont find that this conditioner is anything out of the ordinary - just a basic conditioner - I think for the price - I can do better with another product.

This company has many great products but this one is horrible. It doesnt even make your hair soft. The packing is the worst.

I have so much difficulty using the bottle, I am very disappointed!!! In the shower with slippery wet hands, I don't have a king kong grip, so I dread using it. The product is a bit heavy for my hair so I will use it occasionally. But the packaging leaves alot to be desired. I won't buy it again. It's expensive and I will be lucky to get half the quantity out of it, it is so difficult to use. The fancy valve and the hard plastic bottle is a strain for me and I'm just not happy with this now after looking forward to using it for so long! Very disappointing!!!

I have used many different eSalon products and find the bottles to be extremely stiff. This makes it difficult to get the product out. This bottle is the worst, and, because the product is thick it makes it even harder to get the product out. I'm just tired of wrestling product out of stiff, plastic bottles (all the shampoo and conditioner bottles). Tubes (like some of the other eSalon items) would be a great improvement. Product is okay but have used others that make my hair softer.

This conditioner is a good product — if you can get it out of the bottle. I have to squeeze the bottle between my knees to get the product out because my hands aren't strong enough to do it. And because the lid can't be removed, it will be impossible to get all of this expensive product out of the bottle.
