As i have alopecia i have very sensitive scalp and i m ver careful what products i use for dying my hair i was very sceptic at the beginning but now i m in love

I am more please than I was when I had my hair colored at a salon for $100+ before the coronavirus pandemic. It took two tries to get a color that pleased me. Even when the pandemic is over, I'm not sure that I will go back to the salon. eSalon's staff is very available, patient, friendly, and prompt. Their website is easy to maneuver also.

This was the first time I ever tried coloring my own hair. It was so easy, my 8 year old granddaughter helped. Everything I needed was in my kit. The color, was exactly as expected. I had more than enough to do the job
I will definitely be doing this again.
I actually think, it came out better than at the salon.

I have had my hair bleached blonde for around 6 years, i then decided I wanted to go back to my natural colour I went to a salon and was very disappointed I had green and ginger hair! I then went back blonde. A few months later I stumble across esalon and I ordered some brown dye and it came out perfect! I got Demi and it lasted around 9 months and Thays when I decided to trust them and get permanent and I couldn’t be happier my hair is healthy and the exact colour I wanted, esalon is easy and pretty quick the people are so kind and I will definitely be using them from now on xx

Very happy with e-salon hair dye. Easy to apply, does not colour skin. Cover grey hair up to 3 weeks. With hair dye from high street in 1 week I could see grey hair.

Just did my first colour, instructions were really straight forward and easy to follow. Was a bit nervous but very happy with the outcome. The colour is better than expected. I was a medium blonde but now a few shades lighter and am very happy with the colour and shine.

I've been a redhead my entire life, but now I have to color my hair. I was very concerned about getting the color right, since there are so many shades of red. I decided to give eSalon a try and have colored my hair twice since becoming a member. I couldn't be happier with my color and their service. I did have the color adjusted with more gold after the first time, although it was very close to perfect; and I really love it. I'm very impressed with my colorist, Martin. I don't know how they can come up with such a perfect match without ever having met their clients, but I'm thankful for them and their expertise.

I had panicked in when lockdown started as no colour available anywhere. Joined e saloon and received order plus all the things I needed. Was slightly alarmed when I put the colour on I thought it would be very dark but kept to the instructions and it turned out perfectly and blond. I have contacted e salon to tweek colour and await next arrival. Colour stays well and nice and a nice shine. I would say a great home colour comparable to any hair salon.

It was not as hard to apply as I thought it might be, and I got great coverage and color. I was worried there might not be enough color, as I have very thick hair, but there was plenty with even a little left at the end. Can't wait for my next order!

My hair came out way darker than the color I chose. I wanted a pretty copper color and I chose "7.43 Golden Copper" and it came out like a deep red auburn completely different than the color I chose. My hair is SO dark and not what I asked for.

My color is fantastic. The customer service is the best I have ever experienced. I have now used this product three times. The first time the color was too light and I worked with their colorist to get closer to what I wanted. We made small changes and by the third application it was perfect. My hair feels great and each colorist gave me great tips and worked to give me the exact color I was expecting. Fantastic company and great product!

I normally go to a salon once a month. With all that is going on these days, the salon is no longer an option. This product matches exactly to salon products of the past. Love the color, love the shine, hair is extremely healthy. My hair has grown at least 4 inches since March.

I've been coloring my hair at home for years using different manufactures and I disliked the "let's see what color it is this time surprise!". I've used esalon twice and so far I'm happy with the results. Not too dark & no brassiness. Girlfriends unsolicited complimented me on color. I did extend the time on roots an additional 10 minutes the 2nd time around.

I am astounded with the quality of the hair color, the health of my hair in the aftermath, and the excitement I feel with my next shipment in the future. I painted my head with this paint two weeks ago. I wash my head every day, sometimes every other day. At the same time, I am still delighted with the paint! Hair is healthy, shiny ... I liked the process to get my colour right - and it was - almost 100% the first time, and was a full 100% the second time. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow, with all the equipment required supplied - even shampoo and conditioner. I was very happy with this product.

Great results, comparable to salon or better for a fraction of the price; love the fact that there is no unpleasant smell. Two sets of gloves was a bonus feature. Website is easy to use and manage account. Only complaint would be that management products (shampoo, conditioner, serums) are pricey. I would have ordered more of them if price was more reasonable.

Gràce à Esalon j'ai enfin la nuance de couleur que je désirais depuis si logntemps et que je ne trouvais pas. Blond chaud avec une légère nuance de roux, j'en suis ravie. Pour arriver à cette teinte il a fallu plusiers fois ajuster ma couleur. Esalon a toujours très bien répondu à toutes mes demandes. Les produits sont de qualité.

I’ve gone to the salon for years and have had quite a few hit n miss experiences with my colour results. This kit however, gives surprisingly professional results. It’s easy to use, the instructions are foolproof, e-salon have thought of everything and made it all very simple to follow with minimum mess and everything you need is in the box so you’re not fumbling around for that extra pair of gloves for example at the last minute. I was tempted to return to the salon for my colour but this service gives a better result so I might just stick with this!

This time 2 pairs of gloves were included which made the application and final step of lathering in the shower cleaner. I had only received one pair so this is a good addition. I am still loving the color after the adjustment to go a bit lighter. The kit also arrived as scheduled. I was a bit worried since I was almost out of dye on the last section, so maybe adding a bit more would be good. I was able to finish with a good result.

This is an amazing product. I was easily dropping $175 at the salon and my hair feels the same! I love that it isn’t like box dye. I hate how my hair feels and looks after boxed stuff.

Easy to use and the color was exactly as promised. I refreshed old color with highlights and needed to use a colorfill first since I was going from medium brown (my natural color) with blonde highlights to dark brown. eSalon was so helpful and walked me through all of the steps. It came out perfectly.

Love this company, Always had my hair colored by a salon. BIG money, obviously. Once COVID19 came, I needed to do it myself. I found this company on line, and have been using their color since. Will not go back to a salon to have it done again, It's easy to do. Definitely nailed my color.

I'm glad I found eSalon. It was great when salons were closed during the pandemic and is an outstanding alternative for those not comfortable going to salons right now. You have access to a colorist online and it is easy to order. The kit has everything you need to apply the color, the directions are clearly written, and the quality of the color is excellent.

I was given outstanding support from staff on the color I wanted. After dying my hair...& I did give it the maximum time allowed to color. Some stubborn grays ...are just that...STUBBORN!! I'm ordering a darker color. Hopefully that will help?!

I was very impressed! it was very simple to use, the instructions were very easy to read. If you're a person that is used to doing your hair color at home.. this fits right into your busy schedule. The color came out very evenly and shiny. It's actually pretty phenomenal for at home hair color. I'm definitely a customer for life, no more trips to the drug store 4 me!

Even without a photo, you managed to "nail it" on the color you sent. I looked exactly like the previous color I was using, but it seems so much easier and richer and it has NOT faded yet. I am very pleased at how it covers the grey at the hairline. Those never seemed to get good color and began to show within 2 weeks. They are not grey yet and I am very happy about that! Thanks - I love the product.
