I'll never go back to box dye or a hairdresser when I can dye my own hair hassle free! I love the fact that I can adjust the colour anytime I want and can add or remove things from my order. As well as cancel or skip an order at any time.

The hair color is exactly what I asked for and blends in my hair so nicely. On top of that it’s made my hair healthier! I used to use box hair dye and the difference is astonishing. It went from dry, unhealthy, not growing to beautiful long full of life.

This process was very easy to understand. The eSalon team is great. They checked on me throughout the whole process to make sure I was happy with my color and if I wasn't they would send me a new color and/or refund my money. Also, they will change your next auto-ship order to make sure you love your color. They send you everything you need to color your hair along with your color. I wanted my hair to be a light to medium blonde but it turned out strawberry blonde. I love my color I just want blonde for summer so they are going to change my next order. I am very happy with this whole process with eSalon.

I’ve gotten so many compliments! After years of dying my hair at home and the shade never looking ‘quite right’ my hair finially suits me! The shade is exactly what I wanted and I would have never been able to pick it out myself. It was great that the kit came with the different dye for my roots compared to the rest of my hair so finially I’m the same colour all over. I couldn’t be happier and can’t wait to get more.

The custom hair color really is superb. It is easy to use and the added extras of gloves, skin protector, stain remover, shampoo and conditioner completes the kit. Having the ability to make shade adjustments and get advice from your colorist is great as it means you'll always have the best color for you.

I have hard to color hair that picks up red. I was hesitant to try this color because of it. My color expert did an excellent job developing my color. No red. I love the packaging and it comes with everything you need to color your hair. I also have hard to color gray areas and after 4 weeks my grays are still covered.

I started purchasing my hair color from Esalon right when the company started and knowing i had someone an email away to answer my questions gave me more confidence in coloring my own hair I have always done my own color because I couldn't afford to go to a salon so that's made all the difference in the world having salon colors that I can do myself and being able to alter my color as many times as i wanted to make sure i had the color or changes that i wanted was amazing i love the color and the company.

I recently purchased a coloring kit, and was pleasently surprised and how good the color was. I only needed one box when normally I have to buy 2 boxes because I have long, thick hair. I'm very interested in buying your product again, but I was promised a couple of free items that I didn't receive. Other than that, I'm considering buying again.

I was unsure about using ecolour, having always used the same brand of box colour but the idea of it being delivered to my door at regular timescwas appealling. I have been really pleased with the quality of the product, the colour of my hair and the service. My hairdresser has even commented on the colour of my hair!! I would like to suggest that ecolour review the amount of plastic used when packaging the kits though. I am sure it is not all needed. I would be happy to receive it all loose in a smaller box and perhaps be able to return the bottles for refilling?
Very pleased with my choice to use ecolour!

I received so many compliments on my hair color, gave me such a boost of confidence. Application and instructions were very simple and easy. Instructions were easy to follow, everything you might need was in the kit. I was a little concerned about the final step, mixing with a little water to apply to previous colored hair. This was not a step that I had ever done that way, but the color happened and the end results were spot on!

This concept is amazing. Not only I had the advise of a specialist to get the exact color I wanted (with a far better quality than products found in supermarkets), but I could color my hair when I had time, which means I hadn't to shuffle around my busy agenda to find 2 hours to get a decent color for a crazy price. I love the color. It gets lots of comments. My hair has also grown longer than ever, so I think I might also be less damaging overall. I will add that it sometimes makes my scalp tender, but I have very sensitive skin.

I love everytime I make an adjustment, it just as I imagined in my head and asked for! This blend I was not sure I put into words quite the change I wanted because its usually very slight. I'm in LOVE & have had at LEAST, 2 minimum, complements a DAY on it since coloring! Its a keeper! My grays were terrible to cover & color did not last long in the PAST...... I am a customer for life...(because well no one remembers my REAL color I've been some variation since 15 😉) NOT giving it up because of stubborn greys AND NOW I DON'T HAVE TO! THANKS A MILLION!!!!💕😍

The process for slecting your perfect color was so easy yet comprehensive. Many color options to choose from. The colorist even reached out with questions or suggestions. The end result was the exact color I was hoping for! What a wonderful experience... and at a fraction of the cost of going to a salon!

Since I teach swim lessons AND have natural red hair, my natural color fades ridiculously fast. My colorist here was able to perfectly match my natural color, and now I use the dye as a toner every couple of weeks to ward off that nasty grey-green I get from the pool! When "swimmer's shampoo" failed me, my colorist here was able to save the day!

Absolutely love this dye. This was my first time dying my hair myself and the clear instructions made everything so easy. I will continue to use this forever! It makes your hair so soft and smells amazing after it’s washed. Highly recommend!

This color looks as fresh today as it did the day I colored my hair. Since I have been using your product, my hair feels soft and manageable, and the color doesn't get washed out or brassy.

I was able to follow the directions easily, and I was very pleased with the color! It covered the greys (which was my #1 concern) and the color looks natural and fresh, even after 3 weeks. The price was perfect; I plan to use eSalon everytime I color my hair.

I have gotten so many compliments on my hair color since I’ve started using eSalon hair color. People are amazed I do it myself. Hair stylists are even amazed. I used to use the boxed hair color. Never again! I’ve had strangers come up to me and tell me they love my hair color. They don’t even know I color my hair!

I enjoy this. At the store I take to long to decide here I just say what I'm looking for and colors are suggested. Also I want to go lighter and colors are adjusted. There a videos to help u how to get best results.

The colour is great. It makes my hair feel lovely and it looks in great condition now. It was very easy to use and covered my grey really well . Wish you did a small touch up bottle to use after 3-4 weeks for the new growth at the front and stubborn greys along just the hair line. Love this product can't wait for my new one to arrive.

I’ve coloured my own hair for years, in between I have been to the hairdressers and I’ve never come away happy! So I carry on, then I came across E salon and thought I would have a look and decided to try the product.
I am so very pleased with the condition of my hair as it does not feel dry but nice and soft and the instructions are very easy to follow. I loved the colour I chose but decided I need it a little lighter which after having a discussion that have made the changes for me so I await for my delivery. What’s good about this product they can adjust the colour for you
