I love that I sent in a picture of my hair and face and told them what I liked color wise and they custom make my color!!! It is the exact complimentary color and hides the gray wonderfully!! It is so much healthier than the box I've used in the past -- actually I've tried A LOT of the boxes...:) My hair is every bit as healthy, if not more so, as when my hair stylist was doing it. She's even said that the color is beautiful and she wishes she could claim it!

After I colored my hair it was darker than I had anticipated so I was a little disappointed. The next day, though, I realized how much better the color is BECAUSE of that. The color is such a natural color that no one at work even realized I had colored my hair. Plus my husband loves the red tint. Unlike all the box coloring I have ever used this is SUCH a realistic color. I love it, and will absolutely keep using eSalon. I'm also telling my friends that they have to try this.

I was somewhat skeptical to purchase a hair color online without seeing it on a box or talking to a colorist. To my surprise the match was absolutely perfect, the color lasted nice long time and it didn't dry out my hair. In fact, I am 6 weeks in and you still can't tell I need to color again. :-)). Anyhow, I am ordering the same color as I am very satisfied customer and love the saving of $$.

I have been using esalon for about 9 months now. I was nervous to leave the salon I had been using for years. This has been such a great way to save time and money. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to use the eSalon hair color. They mixed a slightly darker color for my roots to cover some gray hairs & advised me to leave it on longer. Then I had a slightly lighter color to use on the ends. The instructions were easy to follow & the end result looks great! It came with shampoo & conditioner that made my hair silky smooth. I highly recommend eSalon products.

I've dyed my hair once in 42 years, so when my grey hair started showing up I was clueless how to go about fixing the issue. Box hair dye was not appealing and salon colors are usually a bit off and pricy. I tried esalon and will never change my routine. They adjusted my color from my vague description and it is perfect. Good quality hair dye that doesn't fade or look monochrome. Price is good and I don't have to leave my house to get it. Bravo!

The color came out beautifully and is as expected. I had someone else do it for me, but it was easy for them to apply and there was more than enough in the bottle for my hair length (approx 6" below shoulder). I love the product and will order again when needed.

My hair color is perfect. I told them what I wanted and that's what I got. I am very impressed and it's cheaper than going to the salon. They will change your color if you decide to go lighter or darker. It definitely covers the gray. I highly recommend eSalon to everyone.

With my red hair using a box coloring kit , I usually get either have a purple or orange tinge. With this product I had neither. This is the closest to my natural hair color that I have ever gotten. The colorists did a great job. My hair wasn't all dried out, its very soft and shiny. My grays that are hard to cover, actually covered. Love it.

I've been using eSalon hair colour now for a year and I love it. My hair looks healthier and I love the colour. I was getting dry, brittle hair with the pharmacy-brand products. So glad I made the switch.

It came in so quick. I was nervous to try it and didn't have high expectations since I read some mixed reviews. But I love my hair color. It came out exactly how I wanted with no red tones and their instructions were perfect. I used to use Sally's but it was hard to pick the right color and get the results I wanted. I will be a repeat customer for sure. I highly recommend it esp for a stay at home mom of two like me, so easy and fast.

Best thing I have ever used on my hair. I always dye my own hair and this is truly amazing. I got an amazing color with shine and I don't smell like the at home kits. I get complimented on the color all the time! The process may seem like a lot of work but the results are worth it. My color is all the same no matter where you look on my head and I even have long hair with thick strands.

The packaging of the hair color kit is very well done. I've been coloring my hair for years using Revlon Colorsilk. The application was similar but I liked the addition of the brush and the stain remover. The color was a bit darker than I like, but I reported it to my colorist. We'll see how the next batch goes. Make sure to rinse the product very well. I shampooed only once after rinsing and it needed another shampoo to get all the product out.

I love this company, I was very skeptical at first about the ability to match the color that I love. It was so easy to order and it was delivered very fast. It took some reading to get all the liquids together & ready to apply but I am happy with the product. It did not stain my skin or my shower.

I love having my very own color. I also like that if I would like to try a tint of any color in it, I can and it's never a problem. Products leave my hair feeling very healthy.

I love the color, actually very similar to my natural shade which is exactly what I was looking for. My main objective was to cover the gray and the color seemed to do ok but not great. I followed the directions perfectly and I have a lot of grays that didn't color which has never been as issue before. I'm not sure if leaving the solution on longer would help. When I go to my colorist my processing time is closer to 50 minutes on a permanent color mixed with v20.
My hair looks good and is incredibly soft. I really like the smell and results of the shampoo and conditioner which is why this gets 4 stars. I'm going to to try and let the color sit a bit longer on my next go round and if that doesn't cover the gray then I'm going back to my colorist.

I just love everything about this color. Not only the beautiful packaging and the personalization, but the color itself is perfect. Just enough golden tones to make it shine but it never turns that brassy color.

I've been coloring my own hair for decades. This is the nicest quality and prettiest color I've ever gotten from a hair coloring product. The color was exactly what I was looking for, and the process of determining the color choice online was fun and easy. And - amazingly accurate! I've been frustrated with the limited choices from off-the-shelf products - this is the solution to that problem. I encourage you to try it; I don't think you'll be disappointed.

From the moment I dried my hair I fell in love with the color, its the same color I had when I was young. It was so simple to apply and everything I needed came with the kit. It is so natural looking my sister had to order her own custom hair color.

The colour is beautiful and rich. It can be adjusted by suggestions and it lasts! Excellent product line, happily surprised at stumbling across these products online. I need to colour regularly and I think this system is great, especially with the ability to adjust the timing of shipping.

The first time I used your color my daughter knew something was different… She thought maybe I was wearing make up ... Or it was the outfit I was wearing... That made me especially attractive... When I told her I had colored my hair, it was then she noticed it... I love the fact that it was so natural looking even my own daughter didn't know it was out of a bottle !!!!!

Love the color you send me- it doesn't have a strange hue to it and I love that it doesn't stink like some other dyes do. I also love that my hair isn't completely dried out after dying my hair!

I was initially wary of trying this internet based company, however, I am so glad I went ahead & ordered. I loved the initial offers & the products are wonderful. This is the first colour that has not dripped all down my head & face when applying. Even if it was to drip, there is a stain guard to apply (I didn't need this the second time) & a removal wipe. The colour both conditions & thickens my hair. It lasts well too. I have recently stopped the auto delivery but do intend to continue with their amazing products. Also, auto delivery can be turned back on at any time & your colour can be tweaked f desired . THANKYOU esalon x

In a karmic fluke I ended up spending the last 22 of 30 days in the hospital having an emergency sub total colectomy (colon removal) and follow up full revision surgery following 3 ER stays for extreme bowel obstructions- my nerves, body and HAIR were gray and zapped! BUT thanks to my auto color order I dyed my hair AT THE HOSPITAL and felt 10000% better! and the color was great! thank you!
