I love how easy E Salon makes this process. I don't have a flexible schedule to schedule a salon visit every 6-8 weeks and am tired of paying over $100 to maintain my hair color. I am impressed with how long the color lasts and that the color looks like I went to the salon. I am ready to change up my color and look forward to communicating with my stylist on a different color selection.

I have finally tried the hair color despite the concerns from the colorist on account of it being too light. I followed the instructions and it was easy. The color turned out great.Thank you Jennifer!!! The hair feels great, not fried and it looks more natural than it did before. BTW I used the plastic container the color came in (the box with gloves/etc.) to mix the color and developer in and used the brush supplied for the easiest application.

After discovering eSalon, I have been using my individually created colour for some months.....and love it! So easy to use, beautifully packaged, and superb, lasting results and shine. It's the most natural result that I have achieved with a hair colourant. Does exactly what I want it to do as it covers all grey, enhances condition and the colour is spot-on.

I color my grey roots a darker blonde and have my hair professionally colored with highlights and lowlights twice a year. The colorist blended a blonde that is not too dark, not too red, not too ash, but a perfect color to blend with my professional low lights. Yes, it is more expensive than buying color at the drug store. However I have never been able to find a drugstore color so perfectly matched or one that totally covers the grey and lasts without fading to some off color that doesn't exist in nature. I can't say enough positive things about eSalon. I am totally happy with their products, their colorist, customer service, and ease of ordering.

Color itself doesn't smell, really like that! Color needs tweeking a bit for me at roots to cover gray. I like the feel of the shampoo and conditioner. I would recommend working with this company. I haven't had results from any at home color like this. And , cheaper than stylist!

This is my third treatment and the color is just perfect. My husband and daughter love it because there is very little odor while applying and none afterwards! Red fades and my husband likes the darker red but I get the most compliments as it lightens. It's a win win for me.

The color was so perfect - it was rich without being red. It also had some dimension, which is pretty. It didn't cover all of my greys (which I keep finding more every day). I'm curious to know your thoughts on what could be done differently to get those greys away??

I've been buying store brand hair color for over a decade and always wanted a better product and for it to be customized to my color mood/season etc.
this product is great! I can tweak the color each order yet keep it within my color palate. I plan on using this in place of store brands from now on.

Oh I love this product I have gone so far as to show my hairdress and she too is now using this product for herself. To me that says a lot when people in the industry are using it themselves. My mother a hairdresser of 20 years says hands down this is the best product she has come across.
Unlike what you might buy at a drug store or even at a beauty Solon. You're not told that naturally the root should be darker and the end liker which is really only one of the things thay set this product appart from what most people are currently use to buying. ALL I CAN REALLY SAY IS GIVE IT A TRY, BE AMAZED BY THE OUT COME AND SAVE A TON OF MONEY IN THE MEANTIME!!

I was skeptical about the product at first. I had 50% or more gray that I was trying to cover. I don't like to constantly worry about my roots either. Three weeks after coloring, I think the color is still fabulous! I'll definitely be ordering again!

OK, so I"m getting closer to my natural color instead of lightening my hair. Each time I go "a little darker". Once I see about 1/4-1/2 inch of new growth I'll be able to tell if we are there or if I need to make another slight adjustment. Love eSalon hair color! It took a little time for me to get used to the process, but I am getting faster and better at doing it, the more times I do it. Found it is easier, for me, to use the brush & bowl, rather than the squeeze bottle, to make sure I get every area covered.

I started using eSalon color because I prefer to go to the store as little as possible and I absolutely can not stand to have my hair messed with (going to a salon is more like a horrible chore). I stayed with eSalon because I LOVE the products! Especially the color! I can email something like "it's summertime, I'de like to go a little lighter, not brassy but, with rich red" and they send me a perfect color every time. A couple months ago, I neglected to update my payment info and just went ahead and purchased color at the store when the gray started shining through. YUCK! I had forgotten how harsh it smelled, how it burned my scalp a little and how "generic" the colors are. Normally with my eSalon color, I get lots of compliments on my hair. With one of the "best" store bought colors (the one I had used for years), my friends said "never do that to your hair again". Looking forward to my eSalon delivery in a couple days!!! I get my beautiful, customized, shiny, Oooh So Totally Me hair color back!!

I am a natural redhead with thick, wavy hair and it can be tough to color especially with more and more grays every month. The drug store brands don't even come close. This is the best coverage, natural looking, and long-lasting hair color. The only reason to go to a salon is for a cut.

This hair color is the best home hair color I've ever used! It lasts, keeps its vibrancy, covers grays like nobody's business and it is the real deal just like it came from a salon! The fact that it's custom blended for what you're looking for the tones you want ect... along with the super cute and functional packaging with your personal instructions...why would you buy any other color for the same price as drug store product (well a little bit more but very comparable) you're getting the Ferrari of hair colors!

I don't have a lot of experience applying my own color, but the color went on beautifully, is a great color and match, and lasted really well. Instructions were great. I did think I was getting an applicator brush, but I didn't really need it, anyway.

I liked my original color formula and bought it a second time. Unfortunately due to an extended illness my third application was delayed by months. When I finally able to order my 3rd bottle, sections of my hair were pure white. I requested a slightly lighter formula. It came quickly & I applied it the next day. Love the color!! Several faculty members commented on how nice it looked. That is a boost for someone recovering from illness & feeling low.

I am very happy with the outcome of my hair color. I love it!!!!!! There are no whites/gray hair (just the ones I missed) and my hair is so soft and shiny.

I am very satisfied with these products. I had my hairdresser color my hair just before I started using these products and she messed me up big time. I had a rash on my face and neck. I am happy to color my own hair again with professional products.

I love my custom hair color, it covered all my grey and is the exact shade of brown I wanted! With the easy-to-use instructions it was easy to mix and apply, and unlike any of the store bought ones I had used years ago it didn't smell horrible, in fact it didn't smell bad at ALL! I would and have recommended this to all my friends!

I have been getting my hair colored at a salon for the past year. To save money, I wanted to try eSalon. I was nervous about the color - it seemed so much darker than what I'm used to. Ends up, the color is gorgeous. It toned down the brightness of the salon's color job. I couldn't be happier!

This is way better than the drugstore brand's, sticks better to grays and is easy to use! And I have complete control over my account and how often it's sent! Thought I would just try it out...and the color formula was absolutely perfect! I'm naturally a redhead, but my hair gets more brown as I get older. This color is my natural color and I never thought I could get this in a bottle. So happy I tried it!!

My hair always comes out beautiful. And I get several compliments on the color. I have recently thought about changing the color lighter but since everyone seems to really love the color they mix for me I have decided to keep it the same. But it is nice to know I can change it anytime.

You know how hard it is to figure out what color will work; well, I sure hit it straight on with this. My first time and it looks great. I was so worried that it might be too red but it wasn't. I have so much gray and it covered all of it. Using the color chart helped. Color is amazing.
