Ever since I began using eSalon(over a year now), I get alot of complements on my hair color and people are usually surprised that I do it myself and, use eSalon. I love the highlights of violet, it makes my hair color look like I went to salon for highlights but I didn't! I'm saving alot of money using eSalon and it's so easy to do. I absolute love it. I was nervous about trying e-salon, but decided to take the chance. I was so excited when I walked out in the sun with my new color. It was a perfect blend of copper, golden blonde and strawberry blonde. It was my original hair color when I was in grade school. The conditioner also helped my hair look soft and shiny, very healthy. I love this product.

Low odor, easy application. I was surprised at how much better this hair coloring is than the store-bought kind you will find. This is the first hair color ever that barely left a mark on my white hair towel after rinsing. It has serious staying power. I worried that it would damage my hair more because it processed so well but it felt better than it normally does after coloring. I will definitely use this product again!!

I have tried several colors from esalon. I just did my hair with Light Brown Copper Pearl, and it is GORGEOUS!!! I can't stop admiring it. I was nervous it may be too dark, but the custom color was prepared based on skin tone, so it came out just right. I have been dying my hair at home for 15 years. This is just such a GREAT color. Best I ever experienced. Very happy girl!!!

I ordered my color and it took me over a month to get the courage to try it. I was so shocked after I used it that I wished I had not waited! My color was easy to use, felt good on my hair and the color is gorgeous. I will be using eSalon for all of my hair needs. The shampoo and conditioner that was included in my initial kit made my hair soft and smell good. I will be ordering the shampoo and conditioner in my next order.

This is such a high quality product. My hair color is so consistently the same color and shade. This used to be a problem for me.

After my first dye application the grey is gone and the color is perfect. It matches my natural shade of brown so well no one would ever know that I dyed the roots. P.S. I didn't even send a picture but they nailed it.

I love the product. it took me awhile to actually use the product. It was in between my relaxer and one time I was sick. So when I finally did it I didn't realize how long I had it, but it was perfect! my hair wasn't dry.I maintain shampoo and moisturizer with "Shea Moisturizing". My biggest fear about going with a permanent color was dryness. So far no breakage I keep my hair moisturized I'm in love with the product. I think the thing I like the most is the color that they picked out. I would never have picked out the color myself. I love the color. That was the selling point.I was anxious and EXCITED to see what the color would look like. THE COLOR CHOSEN FOR ME.

I used to spend a small fortune coloring my hair in the salon. I have lots of silver coming in all around my crown and need to touch up every 3 weeks or so. This product allows me to color my hair on my own schedule and with ease. Never coloured my hair before but the kit makes it so easy and once you do it you won't go back to salon for normal all over color.

I got the color I've been looking for without the crazy salon prices. And unlike store brand, it never once burned or itched while on. The color is gorgeous, blond with golden highlights, but not strawberry like I've gotten in the past. Just perfect. I'm a customer for life so they better not go anywhere!

Love this! The color is vibrant and lasts. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a quality dye that they can use at home. I have been using this for one year and will never go back. My friend who is a retired salon owner and cuts my hair has applied it for me and was impressed with the product as well. I would give it all 5 stars. Thanks for a great product. It is also so easy to change auto ship orders or color. I love that you send an email when my hair color is due to be made. I actually split this into 2 and use it for root touch ups. The color is fantastic and lasts so much longer than box color from the drug/grocery store. A new shipment arrives every 5 weeks and by splitting the product works perfect for me.

The color was great and the instructions were easy. Everything was well labeled, so there was not an issue with not using the correct item and having a disaster on your hands. I will definitely use this product again!

I love the custom created and very natural color from eSalon. Also their Customer Service is wonderful - responsive, caring. My hair seems unaffected by the coloring, although a bit softer and lacking in body than before. But it is shiny, feels good and not over processed. Since my main criticism was that the color faded very quickly (in a week or so after coloring) I was provided with a replacement color. I still will continue to purchase the color product and appreciate the ability to tweak the actual tones for future orders. But the color still fades quickly for me, losing its brightness and depth of tone. So I wish this was something that could be improved.

I have colored my hair for years, both in salons and at home and I love this product. It was easy to use, the suggested color change by eSalon stylist was spot on. I am definitely a fan and will continue to use this product!

Choosing to use eSalon was the greatest choice I made! I like a little red in my hair but so many dyes have let me down because they run. This dye came out the perfect color and did not run at all!It covered my grey. I love it.

I love the color, coverage, and easy to use website for Esalon. It is convenient to set up a shipping schedule and easy to change it if you decide you can go longer between coloring.

I've always felt fortunate that my hair became white rather than a mottled shade or a truly gray color, and this product gave it a pretty sheen and new life. I asked to have my color be barely blonde; next order I'd like just a tad more blonde as I think it will add more life to the look.

I don't have time to sit in salon's for hours getting my hair dyed every 4 weeks so this product, not only is it the best coverage, but I was impressed with how we got to my correct colour. I received a call from my online stylist who was amazing and after 3 changes I now have my perfect colour at salon level to put on whenever i want. I highly recommend it as my hair is very grey and the coverage is amazing. I feel 10 years younger and my hair is in amazing condition. My hairdresser said "your hair is very soft" what are you using......!!

I love the way I can choose just the right colour for me and then change and adapt it whenever it suits me. The staff are really great and any change is quickly acted upon so that just the right colour turns up. I also like the professional gloves, stain guard, and stain remover arrive with every pack, just makes it go on so much smoother.

eSalon.com Custom Hair Color does NOT disappoint! So much better than over the counter boxed hair color, without a doubt! I received exactly what I asked for & having been using since. And, I don't have to color as often as I was when using boxed hair color. Give it a shot! Totally worth it!

First time user! Thought maybe the light brown would be too light, but it is perfect. Covers the grey nicely. Love all the extras I purchased as well. Hair is soft. Lovin it!!

This is the best hair color product I've ever used, and that includes every other high-end product. The coverage is perfect - even the grays, and the color holds! My hair is left in noticably better condition. I especially love the convenience of never going to the store only to discover they're out of my color. And the custom fine tuning cannot be duplicated by any product. I'm a convert.

I originally got my color and when I colored my hair my roots turned one shade lighter then the rest of my hair. I emailed the esalon team and told them what happened and they immediately sent me a new darker root color free of charge. The root color matched my hair perfectly. It was great. The shampoo and condition made my hair so soft and shiny looking. Love it.

i loved how everything was neatly packaged with great instructions. the instructions were easy to follow. i especially liked the stain protector! i brushed the color on and used the shampoo and conditioner that came with the color. my hair came out very nice and soft. the color is holding up beautifully.

I liked the fact that I received the first time product at half price. That is the only reason why I tried it. The reason I am going to continue to buy it, is because it is a great product, beautiful color, arrives at my front door and it's not too expensive for the average person like me.

This was so easy. I'm a total clutz when it comes to hair color and cutting. This product was so easy to use and the stylist was VERY knowledgeable. I had a specific color picked out by my husband as we both like red hair. Well, instead, she put me on the right direction with a dual color. A highlight and a color. It looks amazing! Sorry to have put this in here a bit later than I wanted to. :) I do plan on ordering ONLY from here from now on. :)
