When purchasing hair color in the store, you are confronted with an overwhelming array of brands, boxes, colors. This just comes in the mail when you tell it to. It's easy to change your color or delivery schedule. And my stylist says my hair is in great condition!

I have been using drugstore brands for 20 years and decided to try esalon.com. I have just finished coloring my hair for the 2nd time with this product and it's great! It's easy to use and no more or less messy than other brands. My hair is long and I use a copper/red color so I also use the gloss color for my ends. I love that my color arrives at my door step each time without me having to remember to place an order. I have recommended this product to all of my friends who use hair color.

I have been using the Match Kit product for nearly a year. They matched my color perfectly with my instructions and a picture of my hair. When go to my hairdresser the color she uses and the eSalon kit are identical. I receive the kit every few months, so that's why I still go to my hairdresser periodically.

I have used washing about 3 times. I really liked the results and professionalism of the Esalon's team producing if product and delivery time. I get updates and can make changes or hold off on order.
I had my hair product put in by the high school cosmetology students. I personally know teacher and she was interested, but busy the first time I had it done, however, the next time we were talking and she kept looking at my hair. I wondered why. When we got to application, she started talking about how I didn't have a line where it had grown out and she enquired about product and looked over directions and noted how product was applied made the difference. When applying the rest of dye, the shampoo and rince make hair so soft and silky. I love the results and am going to make a change in color for the next time, needs to be lightened up for summer months.
Different application was a good lesson for girls. My last girl had just pasted her cosmetology test and was feeling really great, till we put a bottle in her hand and instead of a brush. However, she soon mastered the technique and liked it better. We had a good laugh over this and she felt good about her work and learning something different. Great product.

I really like this product as the color is exactly what I was looking for and it doesn't smell bad, burn or have harsh chemicals. I even put it on my brows when coloring. Leave it in a little longer for a deeper brighter color.

I had medium brown roots and dark brown hair that wasn't an actual dye color (because of washing for 6 months). I thought I was screwed, but I uploaded a photo and ordered some color and my hair is all the same color now. Absolutely perfect results and waaay less smelly than box dye. So happy!

At first I had thoughts about dying my hair with this product and it took me a while. When I decided to use it I was worried about how it was going to come out and to my surprise, my hair was soft and it felt silky. I'm so excited to have a product that not only saves me money not having to go back and forth to the salon, after I use it, it looks like it does when I leave the salon!! It is so easy to use, my husband does my roots and he is a cop and doesn't have a clue about hair!! Haha!! I only have to get my hair professionally done about twice a year now and that's just to get my blonde refreshed on the bottom. The color style of my hair is ombré: light brown/dark blonde to a lighter blonde towards the ends .. It's darker near my roots and then gradually gets lighter. This color style allows me to be able to go longer between salon trips, so I'm only using the product on my roots. I'm mid thirty-ish and I've been getting a lot of grey since I was 16, and this product covers it 100%!!! My natural hair color is dark brown but I've been a bottle blonde for years because it hides the grey much better. For the first time, I'm able have my hair darker because I can afford the color to hide my grey every 5/6 weeks!! I really, REALLY love this product and highly recommend it to anyone.

I really love eSalon. I've been using them for 3 yrs now and I need to color my hair every 3 weeks. I alternate every three weeks by either going to the salon or coloring at home. My stylist is fine with it and I have never had a problem with using 2 different products. The packaging is great and once in awhile they send a gift as a treat or something new to try. I love that they send 2 pairs of gloves! It's the small details and personalized service that makes them really good.

I am a natural red head, but I have some gray hair at my temples, and more and more gray throughout. This formula brings my color back to how it looked when I was my daughters' age. They both have gorgeous red hair, and it's great to have my hair match theirs again.

I have been very pleased with both the product and the convenience. The color is perfect every time. People are always shocked when they find out it is not my natural color. Then having it show up in the mail at just the right time means never having to show the dreaded roots. I plan on continuing with esalon for a long time.

I like the color, but it's a tad darker than I would like. It certainly blends easily, and was easy to do myself. The shampoo and conditioner is really awesome: my hair looks and feels soft and shiny. The color is fresh and there are little flashes of highlighted strands, which I love! Certainly was worth my time to try, and to keep getting!

Thank you soo much. This service is definitely a 5 star one. I put in what I would like into the questionnaire and was asked a few extra ones from the stylists as I was asking for something not possible with my original hair colour. What came throughout the post was terrific, I had a friend to help me with the application and both end result from the colour and the hair gloss was beautiful and looked totally natural. It has also lasted longer than I thought it would and am only now looking to recolour.
My hair also feels lovely the condition is good too. It also comes with shampoo and conditioner both SLS free which I like very much, and lasts for a few washes.
Altogether a great experience which I am repeating. If only you could offer a digital cutting service!!!
I have saved myself sooo much money just through making this change. Thank you Esalon and all your staff!!!

I went gray in my early thirties. Now at 61 I am 100% snow cap, so finding eSalon has given me the chance to keep my original hair color without showing gray - ever! I don't have to look my age - eSalon lets me look 10 years younger. Fabulous results every time!

I was super skeptical ordering this for my roots, not knowing if it was going to truly match. Well, it did. Perfectly! And covered the grays. I saved over $100 and time I would have been sitting at the salon. I will continue to use this as I am touching up my roots. I am also going to tell and invite everyone I know to try it out. I have had so many hardships with home coloring. Before switching to this I was buying the most expensive home colorings and still had issues with my hair grabbing color. Not now. They have given me the opportunity to have the perfect color without the price. Even my sister who is a professional hairstylist has praised the results I get.

I am very pleased with this product. It is a great color for me, leaves my hair shiny and silky. I also like the service from e-salon with reminders, and opportunities to change color or timing of mailing out the next order. I appreciate the tips given to me when I had an issue and all is resolved. I plan to continue as this is MUCH less expensive than going to a salon for coloring!

I spent years going to the salon and always came out with dry hair. My hair loves this stuff. Since I started coloring with eSalon (and not changing other products) my hair is much softer. Yay!

I have gotten great results with eSalon from the very beginning. My color fades less and remains shiny. I just tell the colorist I want a little more of this or a little less of that, they do it and I am happy with the results every time. Couldn't be easier.
