I have bought drug store brands and paid high price salon color and I always had that something wasn't right color. I have a red tone to my natural color so I would get a brassiness from drugstore purchase or shock from salon price and still not wowed when I walked out. I just tried this one day. As always I'm scared when I first apply a new brand but, I just could not believe it, the color was what I have always envisioned, I am so satisfied. Thanks eSalon, I am a customer for life!

The only difference from this to the salon is that you have to put it on yourself! Oh and let's not forget what a good salon costs! I've used this I the auto ship plan for quite awhile now and will never go back to box color from the store. This has awesome gray coverage

I started with a golden brown which tended to get a touch brassy near the end of a month so talked to a stylist who came up with a color that had a little less gold in it and is a touch darker. I love it. It lasts longer and when the gray in my hair just starts to sparkle it doesn't look gray. It looks like I have highlights. So now I'm able to go about 3 weeks longer with this color. Sticking with it.

Esalon did a fantastic job I was worried about getting this haircolor because I had so much grow out that I would get those bright orange roots but my colorist here on E salon did great I had no problems at all I would definitely recommend Esalon to anyone

This is the best at home hair color I've found. Each time it gets designed specially for me taking into consideration any comments I leave for the next round. I told my mom about it so she tried it too and now she's hooked. Also, the customer service has been excellent.

This is the best hair color I have ever used. And they worked with me until we got the exact shade of red that I wanted! I love the way the "kit" comes and the extras it provides, like the cream that protects the skin around your hairline from staining! The color lasts and lasts for me and that is a plus as well. Personally, I use Wen hair cleanser along with it. My hairdresser always compliments my color as well. Great Product!!

So ti's a little more expensive than color you can buy at the drug store but well worth it!! Colorist works with you to get your perfect color and it rich and you hair is soft and shinny after applying. I would highly recommend using. The presentation is really awesome as well. Your color kit comes in a nice box, includes color, 2pair of quality gloves (really nice to have 2 pairs), shampoo sample, conditioner sample (both enough to use for the treatment and really helps to add that softness and shine), stain preventative salve for around face and stain remover. Super nice!!

I recently changed to this formula to cover more gray, and I'm very happy with it. It is easy to use and comes with everything you need to do the same thing the salons do for you at a fraction of the cost.

I waited to dye my hair all of my life knowing I would dye it when I started to go grey. The time came and I was paying large amounts of money for my cut and color as I have long hair. I tried to purchase boxed hair dye and my hair became more coarse and not as lovely any more. The choice was inexpensive and unhappy or salon prices and guilt. I was so relieved to have found eSalon on line and took the risk and ordered it. I have been so very impressed by the quality of this company, how much they worked with me as an individual (no different than the salon) to be sure we would make the perfect color for me. I sent in my picture and they noticed that what I had described my color as and the actual picture of my color was not right. I was a Chocolate brown and I was describing it much darker. I felt very impressed by their keen sense and they prevented me from being unhappy. I received this precious little box all personalized with my name inside on the instructions and a number for my personal dye mix combination. The instructions were no different than if I had done a box dye ~ no more complicated. I can not say enough good about my experience with eSalon over the years. The picture I had sent was of me holding my little grandson in the hospital. He will now be 3 years old. That is a long time to still have absolutely no negatives and all praise worthy comments for a company. Thank you for making this experience so wonderful eSalon!!!

They somehow figured out the perfect color for me without ever seeing my hair? Don't know how they can do that, but it's so close to my natural color that not even my husband noticed a change! It helps my "old" hair feel softer and younger too! My only complaint would be it doesn't last on my white hairs. I re-color about every 6 weeks, which leaves a bit of grow out at the roots and the other whites are showing through also. So, all in all fantastic!

I love this made for YOU hair color. I've gotten so many compliments on the color of my hair, asking me if it was natural and how pretty and shiny it is. I like the convenience of home delivery. The bled took some time to get correct, but I like how it covers gray and gives hair an overall sheen. Auto delivery makes it very convenient too. Sometimes, I still use a salon but that's when I want low lights & hi-lights. I'd love to see packages for hi& low lights it would be more involved to color, but it's how I like my hair.

I can't say enough good things about this. I had a specific issue with drug store color that was easily corrected with my custom formula. I get soo many complements on my hair color! My own hairdresser wanted 4x the price so I can't see myself ever canceling my subscription.

I absolutely LOVE the hair color products from esalon! I can't imagine going back to store bought hair coloring.
The color is custom mixed to my liking, and it is ALWAYS perfect. My hair is super soft and shiney, too. The price is extremely reasonable compared to salon coloring!
I'm so glad I decided to try esalon. I just wonder what took me so long.

This has covered my grey far better than shop bought colours ,I'm going to wait and see how long it lasts one fore re ordering ,my hair is lovely and shiny glad I got it to try

This was my first try. I love the color. I couldn't find the right color out of other boxes. I took a shot and thought I'd see what I got. It fits me really well and it was an easy process. I am very impressed with the color and how well it looks on my hair. It doesn't look like box color.

I am just so thrilled with the whole eSalon system. From the stylist who makes up my specific color ( and emails me and communicates with me concerning my questions) to the packaging and additional goodies they send. Everything I need is included, I love it. I love my color as well, I have a lot of grey, and it covers excellently. I totally recommend eSalon.

I love the gorgeous, natural looking custom color. My hair looks and feels awesome. I am always getting compliments. So glad I switched to eSalon. So much better than the color I was getting from my stylist.

Perfect color every time, covers grey, roots always matches, never have to worry that they discontinued your color like with other brands on the market. I recommend this brand to every one I know that colors their hair.

Love the color. Tweaked the first color I got and had them make it a little lighter and it is absolutely perfect. No red, easy to do... everything you need is in the box! Easy instructions... it doesn't get any better than this!

I was looking for a way to maintain my professional look after moving. I needed to keep costs down. So after moving far from my trusted "hair girl, " I ordered from esalon. It took 2 adjustments to get it perfect. The online stylist perfected the color with small changes. Most people think it is natural and are surprised to hear that I color my hair. Now I get complements on my hair color all the time.

First, I was sceptical, but very pleased at the end results. Easy to use and much more affordable that going to a salon. The color was perfect. The color did not stay as long as I had hoped, but I have stubborn gray and quick growing hair.

Color is warm, rich and multi-dimensional. Sooooo much better than a box brand! I am extremely happy to have a salon quality look without the extra costs! I can wait longer than the 3 weeks that I am used to. My color does not fade and the shine is fantastic! I have had many compliments since switching to eSalon!

I had been looking for a hair color that was more gentle and wouldn't get too dark at the ends. E salon hair color is perfect. The consultant offered a plan to help lighten my hair a shade that worked well. Now when I get a haircut the stylist doesn't recommend professional color or comment that my hair is too dry from coloring. E salon is perfect for me!
