I never had the nerve to color my hair myself. I thought that there was a reason there was such a difference in price to have it done at the salon or buying off the shelf. When I saw the ad for eSalon I liked the concept and needed to save some money at the time so I gave it a try. After the initial interview and submitting a photo, the color team contacted me with additional questions and I realized they really were formulating a color just for me. The package was complete with everything I needed and very clear instructions. The color turned out great, my hair felt healthy and the color has lasted. I saved $100 and I am a real fan!

I LOVE this hair color. It is easy to use, but the results are salon worthy. I stopped using for a couple of months and used store bought color, but wasn't happy with the results, so I went back to eSalon. The difference is night and day. My custom made color is so rich and beautiful that I do not EVER plan to stop using it!!! I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants rich, beautiful, easy to apply color that also covers those pesky gray hairs!

I have been coloring my hair for over 30 years. This is without a doubt the best I have ever had. The colorist work with you to obtain exactly what you want. One kit covers my long thick hair (I've used 2-3 boxes of store bought in the past). The coverage is great and lasts so long, and covers grey perfectly. And afterwards, my hair feels so soft and healthy,. Not dry and burnt. Love this product.

I discovered esalon a few months ago. I love the color they selected for me! It's so easy--upload a picture and choose your color you usually do and then let the colorist do the rest ! Then they ship it when it's time to color my hair again!! I don't have to keep up with anything. They send friendly reminder emails.

I really like this formula!!! Finally not so copper /orange! Looks very natural!
Only thing I noticed is color didnt take as well on lower back of head...must be how I applied it! I will need to have it on longer there next time! My fault not yours!

What more can I say? Best purchase this year. The subscription service is so convenient, and I love getting my package delivered at the interval I choose, with color and directions customized to my needs. The product itself is superior to any store brand I have tried: processes quickly, rinses out easily, the color is amazing and the conditioner leaves my hair feeling great. I love the extra little touches, like TWO pairs of gloves (real ones, not the flimsy ones that you get with the store boxes), skin protector and stain remover. I would recommend this to anyone I know who colors their hair regularly.

I really like the hair color and the order process is so easy! I prefer this coloring product to what I used to have my stylist use. It doesn't smell as strongly during and after it's been applied. After the hassle of doing it myself, my stylist has agreed to use this product on my hair. It still ends up costing me less and I am happier with the results. The color lasts longer than the old salon product, too!

Plus, they send complete instructions and supplies with every order. They will work personally with you to achieve the exact results you desire, and offer complete flexibility in delivery schedules and more. For 30 minutes every 8 weeks I save myself at least $90. I have been using eSalon hair coloring solution for over a year.
I color treat my practically solid gray hair with the lightest blonde color. My hair does not look " fried"; it is soft to touch; the color is even and does not appear "bleached". I get many compliments on the color. I recommend using this product wholeheartedly.

Much more vibrant and longer lasting color than any drugstore brand I've used,as well as many salon colors I've had. It's easy to use and comes with great packaging and little extras. The gray coverage lasts longer than box brands, which is rare with red color in my experience.

I've been using this product for several years and have been very pleased. My haircolor (light red gold) is not really common and had been hard to match. eSalon matched it. When I thought it was a bit dark - wanting to go lighter as I aged - they reformulated and it was great. The first time I used it, I seemed to have a dye line, so I called and a representative explained what I should do to avoid that. Thanks for your attentiveness and responsiveness.

Absolutely by far the best color I have bought and not the salon high prices. It stays in and looks great just as long as if you went to a salon. Doesn't dry your hair out. Would recommend for anyone to try !

I love this hair colour! It's so very easy to use and comes with full instructions every time. Everything you need is supplied; stain guard, gloves, hair colour, shampoo and conditioner at a fabulous price. I've used eSalon for a long time now and I haven't found a negative yet! I've been coloring my hair, or having it colored, for fifty years😳 And eSalon makes my hair feel healthier & thicker than any I've ever used. My natural color (whatever that is) varies from Snow White around my face to wirey salt-and-pepper towards the crown and a bit darker down the back. The eSalon color that I've been using for 8 months, with one slight adjustment early on, blends my color to one consistently beautiful shade, front to back! I tried about every drug store brand ... a variety of red colors. None were the right color and most left my hair feeling damaged. With eSalon, send a few pictures, say what shade you are looking for and presto! I made one adjustment after the first month and have had the perfect red hair color for ME ever sense. And my hair feels great after dying it! When can you say that?! It is well worth spending slightly more than drug store brands (but WAY less than the salon). Highly recommend to EVERYONE!!

This color is awesome! I am in the shade Light Brown Red Mahogany. I've always wanted a wearable red shade that didn't look too artificial and this color is spot on. The application process is easy enough that my boyfriend could do it for me with no problems at all! The color did fade (all reds fade a bit quicker than other colors) but with the Color Enhancing Treatment the color lasted about 8 weeks without any problems. Since using this color I've even noticed that my hair has been growing a lot faster, not sure if it's due to the color but it seems a lot more nurishing than other brands I've tried. Love it and would recommend to anyone!

I colored my hair (dark golden brown-just one color) yesterday. Today I went for a hair cut and the girl commented a few times that the color looked really good and natural. She asked if I was covering grays (unfortunately, I had to say yes:-( ) and she said I had really good color and did a really great job. Always like when my salon says I did a good job! I've been using eSalon for about a year and it's been easy-breezy lemon-squeezy!

I get identical result from this kit as I used to achieve from my salon root touch up treatment but at a fraction of the price and is much less time consuming. It is so easy to apply and the resultant colour is fantastic - on a different scale than any 'over the counter' colourants - delighted!

If you want to use a brush and bowl to dye your hair, eSalon provides the brush. If you want to just use your hands, they supply the gloves. There is the color, shampoo, conditioner, and great little wipes to get the extra off your skin! Great packaging, great color, easy to use and didn't smell like ammonia. I dyed my hair exactly 4 weeks ago and it still looks great. I has not faded and it has not bled out when I wash it. I would recommend this and will be getting it again.

I LOVE eSalon! I love that they auto ship my custom hair color every four weeks. The whole process couldn't be easier. I even referred my sister and mother in law and they love it as well. I was at my salon last week getting my hair cut and my stylist asked, "You don't color your hair, do you?" She thought my hair was my natural color. That says it all!
