I ordered this 2 and a half years ago and never even opened the box. Against advice, yes I called customer service who was extremely nice and helpful, I decided to try it anyway. I know it is not recommended after 1 year- but I braved it and tried it anyways. I'm telling you it colored my gray roots and the color was a beautiful match. Just as good as the stylist I've been paying $80 to do. Excellent product. I can't wait to do it again. That's an extra $55 in my pocket every time. I think I'll use it for a pedicure! That is much more fun.

After spending so much money and time going to the salon to have my hair done, I am so glad to have found eSalon. I don't mean to sound indifferent or weird, but my hairdresser who I had gone to for years and years suddenly died. I spent months not doing anything to my hair because I wasn't sure where I wanted to go and who I would trust. Then I came across some information about eSalon and decided at the price I could at least give it a try. I had watched my hairdresser color my hair over and over and felt confident I could do it and I did! I was so pleased and everyone really complimented my color. It was not hard to do at all and I love being able to do it at home where I can do a few other things while I am waiting on the color to work. Unless something drastic happens, I never plan to go back to a brick-and-mortar salon for hair color. I'm sticking with eSalon!

You know when you go to your hairdresser and you say you'd like your hair color to be more this or less that? Then you get something different from what you said? What I love the most is the ability to make adjustments that are exactly what I want. I have found my perfect color. It's so convenient to have it delivered staight to my home.

I LOVE my e-salon hair color. It is made exactly the color and shade I want, and is sent directly to my home. It comes with everything needed, including delicious smelling shampoo and conditioner. I am sent an e-mail before each new hair color is to be prepared. At that time if I want to make hair color changes, all I have to do is mention what changes I want.

I have always had a professional hairstylist however tough times have prevented me from having this luxury, I saw a post on FB and gave the eSalon a try. I was very pleasantly surprised. The color match was perfect, it covered my greys and was super easy to apply. I would highly recommend this product to my family/friends. It is also a nice touch when you receive you package because your name appears on the product.

The process to order was hassle-free. The color is pretty much identical to my natural hair color, which is what i wanted. My colorist name was Danielle S. I did upload a photo, so I would recommend doing that, I'm sure it makes their job easier. First impression: very impressed

Every redhead knows how difficult it is to get the perfect shade! With trepidation I bought eSalon's product: I've had years of searching for that unique color. I was more than surprised when I got two separate products: one for the roots and one for the ends. This was a first. Then the finished product was incredible: not only the color I've been craving for years, but soft, silky, shining locks! There is no question that this is a superior product, the color matching and soft hair alone prove that. But apart from quality, the other feature of this product that is so important to me is the power house colorists behind it who can guarantee my receiving this exact shade when I need it, instead of wondering if the drug store will have it in stock the next time I need it. My only suggestion to eSalon would be to provide more conditioner: I had enough, but I like a lot! Job very well done, eSalon!

I have a lot of salt and pepper gray, very resistant to color. this product covers evenly and lasts 4-5 weeks! I love the color too!!

I've used the product 3 times so far and am so happy with this entire process. The customer service is outstanding and the color covers my gray as well as giving my hair a soft sable color. Very happy.

The color is amazing! The color isn't brassy like the other auburn reds I have used. Colors my gray completely and evenly. So easy to use.

What is there not to like? The price is great, and the quality of results is amazing. My hair is healthy, shiny, and by using the multi-tonal custom color, my gray is covered and it even looks as if I have subtle highlights! I love my eSalon color!

This is the best hair color I've ever used! All store bought products left my hair different shades. The color wouldn't color my gray roots. Esalon does. It leaves all my hair the same shade. It covers my gray and it lasts longer. I've even been told that my hair looks so healthy!! I'm recommending it to my friends and family. It's a bit more expensive but it's worth it. But it's cheaper than going to a salon.

This hair color is rich and salon grade. I was pleasantly
surprised. I have long thick hair, and there's plenty of color in the kit. I've used it for 8 months at least and am saving a lot by doing it myself.

I have loved my experience with eSalaon. The product delivers long lasting color and coverage of greys. I use a soft black shade which is rich and leaves my hair feeling lush and full of shine. I love the package, it has everything I need! I get two pairs of gloves, a stain remover, and shampoo & conditioner. And I like how they put my name on the front of the box.
I will also speak to the quality of their customer service. I have used the e-mail option and have had quick responses to my questions. Another time I called because I had questions about products and the CSR was able to answer my questions knowledgeably. I felt like she could have encourage me to buy the product I called to ask about, but quite the opposite. She asked me some questions and determined that the product was not necessary.
All in all 10 out of 10 for me, all way around.

I have been using this product since 2012 and I have not had a bad experience yet. It works so beautifully. I like the idea of shampooing it out in the shower. I have a neck injury and this helps a great deal. I don't have to go to a salon to get a beautiful coloring job done. The coloring is a perfect match every time. I like not having worry about finding the right color and knowing that all I have to do is go on line to order or change my color with consultation.

I absolutely LOVE how eSalon has matched my color and how great my hair looks every single time I use it.
From someone who was extremely apprehensive about doing her own color, this has worked out beautifully. *AND* My friend, who used to color my hair for me, but has since had to change jobs and no longer has the time, says she loves my hair and that I am doing just as good as she could, maybe better!!
This is so easy for me and it saves me so much time and money .... I can do it in the privacy of my own home and on MY schedule, not someone elses.
