The colour I received is the most perfect black. You can tell it’s professional dye and not box dye. I also received everything I needed to create the look I wanted. I love that everything has my name on it and the little sticker I received to pin the instructions up on the wall. It really feels like the colour is being made for me. I hate going into salons with all the small talk so this is really the most perfect option for me

I love my color that was blended for me! I especially love that it was not an over powering brown as some colors tend to be for the first few days. This was a gorgeous light brown with just the right tones from the moment I rinsed the color out! Trust me......your colorist will work with you to get you to your perfect color from the start!

I have been a subscriber to eSalon since 2014 and have coaxed several friends to go onboard. We love it! It is convenient and the service is top notch. I have very little gray (sporadic hairs at my temple) and match my hair color. The color is a perfect match and I can get several uses out of one set. That fact, makes my specialized color a bargain and not a splurge. I was impressed when my colorist reached out and had me update my profile, since it had been a long time since subscribing. Yes, some things have changed...I'm rocking my curls, I am using natural products and still only covering minimal grays, the recommendation was for a much more hair healthy semi-permanent hair color and an option eSalon now offers. Service excellence.

I have to say trying this at home on my own, I was a little anxious. I am so glad, so happy and so wowed!!! I'm definitely going to continue to use. I really appreciated the email updates received that included right from the purchase to delivery. When my kit came and I excitedly opened it, the personalizaled note to me was a nice touch and it came with everything needed. Ordering from eSalon saves me a lot of time and effort and my hair quality is not compromised. During lockdown I had to buy off the shelf products and the result showed. Then I came across eSalaon and I honestly haven't looked back. My hair is dark so it's easy to manage and the warm undertones in the color I choose are really rich. I am so happy I found eSalon - I have only a single color but I have very stubborn greys. I actually was complimented on my hair color saying it was 'such a beautiful rich brown'. Also, with the higher quality base developer, there is no irritation.

My color is light brown mahogany copper
I cannot tell you how much I love this color. I have been trying to achieve this for years: at the salon, using other hair color delivery devices, etc.
It never came out right and I was always disappointed.
My very first color formulation had a roots and ends refresher and my hair looks incredible. Like I would expect after paying hundreds of dollars at a salon.
I am so, so happy with my color and all the other products I have tried so far.

I’ve been using eSalon for a few years and I love my color every time I do it. I’ve been to the salon 2x since I started using it and I’ve regretted both times. I wanted a bayalage but the color was never right. I went recently and I was mortified how it turned out. Luckily I had a delivery at home. I consulted a rep and it turned out perfect. I love the customer service as well. $210 vs less than $30. I’ll never get color done in a salon again.

My color which had been good for a long time was starting to look a little drab. I asked for an adjustment and just did the color this morning. I love my new color, just a little darker, a little more auburn. It has remained natural looking with just the little bit of brightness I wanted. Can't wait to see if anyone notices. Thank you.

Just wanted to let you know that I really like the color you sent. Also the shampoo and conditioner are really nice. I couldn't believe how little it takes to go a long way!!! My hair is shiny and soft, seems to be less frizz also. I'm so glad I decided to try eSalon. I am looking forward to my tray kit and clips that are coming next, I think they will really help with the coloring set up. Thank you for all the great videos to give us ideas on how to make coloring easier.

When my package arrived it was packaged well with care. I read through the instructions each step of the way and managed to use the colour without too much mess. When I put the colour on my hair I thought it was going to be too dark x worried the re growth would not match the existing colour that had outgrown. It was 6 months since my last hair salon visit and could not justify the cost . Well I have to say I am chuffed to bits with the results however I do miss some strands of grey even though I took my time and thought I covered it evenly. It’s not that noticeable though. I have since adjusted my colour slightly. As I missed some grey at the top? Would my new colour on next order cover the grey I missed and blend well with my first purchased colour. Overall really pleased and well worth the money. Shame I don’t save some formula to cover my missed greys can you help???

Wow, I absolutely love the color! My hair is normally pretty dry, especially after a color treatment- yet, my hair seems healthy, shiny and soft after coloring! Plus, ALL my gray is covered. I’m thrilled!

I think eSalon does an excellent job of personalizing the color you want. From the adding a picture optionz to sending notes to your stylist, it's cheaper than going to the salon, yet salon quality results for your hair! My results were amazing, even & the shade I wanted! They even give you instructions to stick to your mirror or wherever! They thought of everything; a color brush, an application bottle, gloves, stain cream for before coloring, to prevent AND after just in case & they even put your name on the color bottle! I'd recommend eSalon if you're confident doing your own hair at home!! Love it!
