The colour came out exactly as I hoped it would, much better than anything I've ever bought in store. Didn't feel like it did any damage to my hair either like some store-bought dyes do. I can't get over how reasonably priced this is for how effective and convenient it is too. Also arrives beautifully packaged with excellent instructions. This is a product and service to rave about!

I’ve been using esalon for a few months now, and I’m very happy with my color. It required a few tweaks in the beginning, which would of happened in salon anyway. The color ingredients are gentle on my hair. I receive my environmentally friendly package like clockwork, which saves me time and money. Happy all around.

Ottima alternativa alle costose tinte del parrucchiere o alle mediocri tinte del supermercato.
Finalmente ho la libertà di fare la tinta a casa con un prodotto di qualità, in più seguita personalmente in ogni mia esigenza, i colori sono infiniti e sono stata aiutata a trovare proprio quello giusto per me. Sono molto soddisfatta.
Se posso fare un appunto....mi sento male a gettare via i due flaconi di plastica ogni volta, mi piacerebbe una soluzione piu sostenibile o anche un sistema di "vuoto a rendere", i guanti monouso poi ce ne sono due paia in ogni trattamento, uno é piu che sufficiente!

Ce système de coloration par internet est finalement assez pratique puisqu'on reçoit la couleur chez soi sans avoir à prendre RV.
Par contre l'ajustement de la couleur est plus compliqué. Je viens d'en faire, on verra le résultat rapidement !
Finalement, couleur parfaite sur laquelle on peut faire des mèches !

My first order with eSalon

I'm really excited that I've come across eSalon. I used to be a natural redhead but a couple of years ago I started going through menopause and my colour has darkened quite a bit which I hate. I've been using a colour from Schwarzkoff which is lovely but fades very quickly so I was happy to try something new. I came across eSalon on Facebook by accident and thought I'd give it a go.
From the start I've been very impressed. I have my own colour specialist called Celine who is just wonderful. I sent Celine a picture of my current colour which had been done 2 weeks beforehand and she adjusted the colour that I was going to be sent to me as she thought it would be too dark.
My order arrived the other day which was very exciting. I could tell straight away that the products are of a very high standard. After watching all the "how to" videos on Facebook I decided it was time. The end result wasn't as vibrant as I would have liked so I got in contact with Celine and included a picture of my hair with the colour I was hoping for. She replied back to me very quickly to advise that she would adjust my next order.
Even though the colour wasn't exactly what I would have liked, my hair feels really lovely and healthy. I was very impressed with the shampoo and conditioner that came with the colour so much so that Ive added it to my next order.
I highly suggest that if you do order from eSalon you watch the how to videos even if you regularly colour your hair, they have some fantastic tips which are very useful.
I can't wait for my next delivery.

Whilst stuck in a covid lockdown I've been at home watching new grey hairs sprout on a daily basis. I decided to try eSalon after reading many excellent reviews. It is by far the best at home hair colour. The custom blend is excellent - previous attempts to use supermarket hair dye like L'oreal have resulted in my hair being extremely dry and the colour turned out way darker than intended. Other dyes also sting my scalp. The eSalon colour is just right and my greys are covered. The formulation is gentle with no stinging on the scalp. The packaging for the products is excellent. I especially loved your video tutorials that I watched numerous times. Only thing is the shipping time was 17 days which is far too long. You really need to sort that out for international customers. However, based on the great results of this dye and that its excellent value, i will be purchasing again.

I love getting my hair color mailed to me every month. It is fun to change up the color whenever I want.

I am very pleased with this color. My concern was would there be enough product to cover my hair. My hair is shoulder length and very thick. Plenty of product to cover my hair.
I was surprised to see the developer. It is thick and pure white and creamy. Nothing like the retail stores and packaged products you buy at a retail store.

J'ai coloré mes cheveux ce matin. Application plutôt simple, j'ai l'habitude de faire des colorations maison.
Le produit dégage peu d'odeur, sauf au moment du massage avec le reste de produit apres les 30 Minutes de pose, où elle est un peu forte.
Apres séchage et coiffage, je trouve le rendu plutôt naturel, très proche de ma couleur de cheveux. Couvre très bien les cheveux blancs. À voir dans les prochains jours, la tenue de la couleur.
Je suis très contente et je trouve la prestation d'un très bon rapport qualité prix, les deux paires de gant sont bien utiles.
Deux réflexions, je trouve que la quantité de produit est plutôt importante pour des cheveux courts, mais comme j'envisage de les laisser pousser un peu c'est ok. Deuxièmement, est ce que tout ce qui est plastique est recyclable ou bien cela va-t-il à la poubelle?

I am so impressed with the color that was created for me! I used it only on my roots and the color blends with the rest of my hair so well! I absolutely love the overall color! I also love the pink box with all the goodies inside to help the process go smoothly! The shampoo and conditioner samples were also a bonus!

deliver fast, the specialized packaging was a lovely surprise, the product is high quality. I love that it smells nice and is fairly simple to apply. But most importantly the color is beautiful and it makes my hair feels so healthy. IN LOVE and will order again.

I can't rave about this enough. The application of colour was so easy with the tools I ordered and the dye is superb quality. My hair is super shiny and soft. The colour hasn't faded at all.

I have severe anemia which makes my hair VERY dry and brittle. I was using store brought colors but it just made my hair feel like rubber and even dryer! I have to say first of all it cover all my grays and my hair didn’t feel like rubber. The color was perfect!!

I have to admit after my first order I had serious doubts. My color was all wrong.
I decided to give it another try and send in a picture of the color I wanted.
I am so happy I gave it another shot because the color was spot on!! I couldn’t be happier. They really do go above n beyond. I had explained how my hair was so fried from the store bought coloring kits. Today my hair is so soft and shiny. You’d never know how bad it was 3 months ago

The questionnaire was comprehensive but simple to complete, the colour recommended to me was exactly what I was looking for.
Application was a breeze (although I did get help with the back of my head as I was too nervous to attempt on my own) and the colour is vibrant and blended into my roots perfectly!
Being in lockdown means that I don't have access to my regular hairdresser, but eSalon made doing my own hair easy and affordable!

I love my color is so shiny an looks natural. I can't get to a stylist I'm a ER nurse an we are so short staffed an busy due to covid getting a chance to get my hair done is about as possible as walking on water. This looks professionally done. I love the color an the extra products like the root touch up spray.

Thank you I am delighted with my beautiful colour. My hair was totally neglected, and previously looked awful as we’re in lockdown in Sydney I’m working from home and supporting a house of kids with home learning.
My hair colour is absolutely perfect, the right colour for me and this is a totally easy and convenient way of colouring. I am so so happy and feel like a new woman thank you.

The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. The hair color is beautiful and leaves my hair looking shiny and youthful!
