Love that you have customized my color. Very easy to use. 2 sets of gloves is also nice. I also Like that I don't have to worry about whether or not I have the proper products in my cabinet. This is the first colour that I never felt tingle my scalp and I had no itch afterwards either!
The colour is amazing great pay off and easy to put on. Very clear instructions.
It is watery compared to some dyes, so be extra careful that it doesn't splash or get someone else to put it on for you!

This product is easy to put on and doesn’t stain my bathroom when I make a mess. The color last pretty long and I mainly need to recolor because of mr roots showing not because of fading.

Took a couple days to show it’s lovely golden color. As always with my hair, tends to be a bit reddish blonde at first. Patience and a wash or two and it has become the golden blonde I wanted. Nice, easy to use color kit!

I won’t lie… going into this, I was not very hopeful. I knew the dye was good however I didn’t expect it to be THAT good!! My colorist worked with me to find a color that not only made my hair look good, but also made my skin glow!!! Plus the process was so incredibly easy!!! Everything is super self explanatory and simple. I can not express my love for this color and company enough!!

exactly right for my complexion due to it being custom made, easy to follow instructions and the shampoo and conditioner are lovely are a lovely rich lather! all in all really pleased and lots of compliments, what more could you ask for. Highly recommend.

Alright, I tried it again. Last time my hair was destroyed. It turned purple! Took me months and money to get it back to one color, and back to blond. But decided to give it one more chance and I love it now! Worked great as an all over color! Was easier to use and didn't smell. I Have restarted the auto ship program.

Loved the whole process. First, the kit has really cute packaging with everything you need (including stain protector). The instructions are easy to follow and most importantly the colour is highly pigmented, goes a long way and doesn't have a really harsh smell. By far the best at home colouring I've done, and any spills I made cleaned up really easily, especially on my skin. E-salon was kind enough to provide me with a complimentary hair tint in order for my very light blonde hair to successfully reach a rich level 6 brown. The lady who phoned me for my consultation was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company and will be using again in the future. This kit saved me over $150 if I had gone to the salon. Thank you for the wonderful experience and results!

I am absolutely ecstatic with the colour result. I am massively picky when it comes to hair colour, and have attempted this particular shade of red numerous times, that even hairdressers haven't managed to achieve, yet it has been created here by people who have never even seen my hair in person.

I was really sceptical after salon colouring for years and having really strong colour resistant greys. After my root touch up, my hair did not feel dry or damaged. It was very brassy, but I am confident that will get corrected with my specialist. Instructions were easy to follow and understand, nothing missing from the kit so all positives. I'm willing to try this product again in hopes for less brassy results.

Thanks for creating the perfect color for me! Now if I could just get the hang of doing it right- every time I have a tiny little stripe of darker color about 1/2-1 inch from the scalp-- I try very hard to only get the roots...so I am not sure if I am not spreading it far enough, or just a tiny bit too far? I love that there is no bad odors with this color!

The colorist gave me the color formula my stylist couldn't achieve. Am totally stoked and get multiple compliments on the color.
I'm also a licensed stylist though not working at the trade. Price wise this is the way to go. Don't have to buy multiple colors plus the peroxide etc.
I give this and their colorists 10 stars plus.
You will not be disappointed give it a try.

Gorgeous colour and seems to be gentle on hair. A really nice alternative to box dyes (from someone who has used too many box dyes!)

I have been coloring my hair at home for a very long time, so I know the frightening possibilities all too well! I have had more than one horrifying DIY hair color mishap.
Luckily, I am only using the dye I order from esalon and I have no more worries. It looks great every time I color. I love the way my color is so customized to fit my current idea of what color I want my hair in the most minute detail. I also appreciate the instructions which I believe have saved my aging hair. If you don't want to go to a salon and sit for hours for so-so results that cost a fortune, this is the way to go! It also seems to last longer and fade less than the stuff from the drug store.

I've asked for several color change since I began using esalon. Every one of them has been great. But, this one is absolutely beautiful! This is the color for which I have been searching. It is the perfect blend of brown, mahogany and red. It has depth and shine. I love it!

J'aimais beaucoup le concept, et je me suis laissée tenter.
Et bien je ne regrette en rien cet abonnement. Le conditionnement, la note explicative, les petits mots et poème, tout pour bien faire sa couleur. Celle ci tient à peu près 3 semaines. C'est top !

I’ve been trying to get my regular stylist to do this color and it always turns out wrong or fades really quickly. I am pleasantly surprised at how well this color has held up and how perfect the color matched what I wanted. I get compliments all the time on my new color. I can’t imagine going back to the salon.

In all honesty I didn't think my hair would be such a perfect color. I was not only afraid of the change but the outcome and damage to my hair (more than it was).
Happy to say I was wrong on all counts. Perfect match to my original hair color and 100% coverage of the gray.
Soft, bouncy, manageable.

Salons are getting expensive along with every other beauty service! I’m so thankful for esalon! They have exceptional customer service and over deliver with not just words but results. I have expensive taste on a cheap budget and always trying to get bang for my buck! Esalon is my new found hair glory! If only someone could send me a deal to cut my hair 💇♀️ now lol. Jk. My personalized kit was so great! I loved all the little details. From the encouraging notes to the sticker to hold the instructions. . . .I am still raving to my friends about this color kit. My color looks great. . .only thanks to my colourist. I picked our a color that would have been to dark for my colouring so she talked to me about an adjustment. Boy, am I glad she did. I have been using the semi-permanent colour and find it lasts really well. The colour products leave my hair shiny and not too dry - surprising as I have curly hair which tends to get damaged quite easily. I also really like how easy it is to apply - don't see myself going back to a salon any time soon!

Même bémol : l'odeur extrême d'ammoniac qui m'a causé une nausée
Si vous n'êtes pas sensible à cela, n'hésitez pas à faire appel à leurs services !

I am extremely glad I did this! The color is radiant and has beautiful depth. I have been coloring at home for years. I started to gray young. At 56 years old I have had my color discontinued a few times. The thought oh having a color made just for me was very intriguing. My hair felt softer and more alive. I love the highs and lows in it. I just love it! Easy to apply. You get Everything you need in the kit. Worth every penny!
