I have been using eSalon for several months and have been pleased with my color and the product in general. That said, due to the pandemic, I have working remotely for 16 mos. and have not seen anyone other than my husband, mother and a few neighbors so I have had limited feedback from others regarding my color. This week, I had a medical procedure which had been postponed since mid-pandemic. An OR prep nurse happened to comment on my hair and asked if it was natural or if I colored it. I explained that I had subscribed to eSalon and she wanted to know more! Before I knew it, there was another nurse getting a pen and taking notes! Thus, I can report rave reviews and potential new subscribers. I will also add that my color does not totally cover my gray, but enhances it, allowing it to blend naturally with my color and allows me to embrace it. My color kits tame the gray texture as well. So kudos to the eSalon team! Fully vaccinated and getting back out into the community, I will continue to share eSalon with any potential customers moving forward : )

This is the most natural my hair has ever looked...even when I shelled out huge money for my color at the salon. They never nailed the color like this! And, since it was so expensive to color my hair - I would go for months without coloring with lots of root & grays showing thru. Now I can afford to touch up every month - it looks natural - no one asks "did you get your hair colored?" - LOVE eSalon! P.s. My hair feels super soft and healthy too...even with coloring more!

I was nervous. I thought this was going to end badly. I was worried it was "box color." I turned to ESalon after reading a lot of reviews online. I had recently been to the salon, and my colorist told me that my matrix copper color had been discontinued, and she could not get it. I so badly wanted the copper tone I was used to. I was worried I would be calling my colorist to fix some online color botch job. I LOVE MY ESalon color. It came out exactly how I described, and matched my pictured color I submitted. Esalon you saved me!

I am so pleased to choose esalon. It is deep mature colour makes my hair looks so healthy but it’s also sparking with subtle undertones of copper. I have so many greys after having baby. I couldn't say it is 100% grey coverage, but grey doesn't looks messy grey. It became cooper lighting. I would love to try different colour next time!!!! I wish salon provide more bigger conditioner like others to use few times for shiny hair. My friend and I helped each other to make perfect hair dye!!!! She got BS brand. Compare to BS, I am so happy with quality of esalon, but sample conditioner looks so small compare to my firends’ one. My friend also impressed by my hair colour and she said she will try next time with me 😆💖

This was a great option for coloring my hair at home. During the pandemic when I was unable to get an appointment it was the best solution. There was so much product and with very fine hair, I was able to split the solutions in to two treatments with great results. I have now had enough grow out with my natural color I have decided to stop my shipments. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to color their hair at home to save money or stay safe.

I will admit, I was nervous and had my doubts. All I can say is WOW I was so wrong. No damage to my hair and it was so easy!

Les instructions sont claires, je me suis beaucoup aidée des vidéos du site internet pour appliquer la couleur. Le temps de pose est court mais la couleur est bien là ! Les cheveux sont doux et brillants. L'odeur du shampoing et de l'après shampoing n'est juste pas très agréable...

I called in after my first box and asked for a little more coverage. Not only was the color adjusted but so were the instructions, which reminded me that i needed to start off with my hairline where my grays were and then the rest of my hair. I continue to love how everyone one i speak to is so attentive and takes what i say and ask for into consideration to help me maintain my hair! Thank you!

My hair looks almost black but the gold afternote brings warmness to it, especially in the sun. Thanks goodness. I still like it a lot. I have to say my natural color is light brown and my hair has fine texture. I ordered medium brown palette.

I was really impressed with the organization of the kit, with the amount of tools and little product packets, and with how specific the instructions were. Box hair color that you get at the grocery store basically has instructions that are about as descriptive as "put color on hair". The online videos were extremely helpful in making sure that I got every single bit of my roots covered. The color turned out very pretty and consistent, but a tiny bit warmer than I was looking for. The color has a lot of dimension to it and is very glossy. My eyes and lungs weren't burning while it was on my head, like most permanent color, and my hair feels very healthy and soft. I have been looking for a "middle ground" between a $10 box of color that damages my hair and looks one-dimensional or spending $80 at a salon every three weeks (my hair grows crazy fast). I think this is it!

First time I got this for £9 and couldn’t believe how much you got for your money. Didn’t quite like the colour so I contacted esalon and they mixed me another colour for free and sent it out. Nothing like a box dye at all, this stuff is brilliant. No hot roots just beautifully blended hair which felt in such good condition after dying. It is a fair bit more pricey after the introductory offer but I’ll definitely keep buying it.

I'm a redhead with very little grey for my age. I wanted to cover my greys without changing my colour. It proved IMPOSSIBLE to get anything semi-permanent over the counter that didn't scream 'dyed red'! Then I tried e-Salon. The custom demi-permanent I ordered arrived in a lovely kit which was really easy to use. The initial colour was a fraction dark but still looked great. I asked for a lighter colour for my second order and IT IS PERFECT!!!! My own colour exactly. I am thrilled to have discovered e-Salon and couldn't recommend it highly enough.

I feel that I have has my hair done at the hairdressers as my family are in awe of the colour. I am mainly grey and been using your light blond, however did not realise that the colour did not reach the same colour all over, and where I am dark in places, that also was not covered. I was super sceptical at first but this is the first colour that actually lasts, does not wash out and I barely even seen my roots and greys even after 10 weeks it was crazy. That being said I will never go back to store dye nor the salon when I can get it done In My house for way less money and a lot less time.

I still have issues with the color staying in after a week in the front of my hair where most grays are. I chalk it up to my hair as I have read no other reviews complaining about it. THE COLOR IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!! This is a great value for the whole personalized kit.

I’ve tried lots of different home colours just trying to cover up grey hair with out losing my natural hair colour and have failed, until now the hair colour made for me has been fantastic I really can’t recommend it enough. This was the first time I ordered. I was skeptical. I finally got the chance to use my color and I was very impressed. The color was perfect. I loved the color, the shine, and how soft my hair was after I used it. It was easy to use. Definitely worth the cost. You get the salon color without having to sit in a salon for a few hours. It also covered my gray.

I am tired of paying $100 at the salon for color. I have never colored my hair before and have only been coloring for 3 years. My goal is to cover grays and have vibrant color. E Salon is fabulous! My friend did the application but honestly it is so simple I can do it myself. The product is easy to use and blends easily into the hair. Smells great, no stinging like at the salon. This custom color was perfect! Just the color I wanted! The ESalon colorists do such a great job and work with you to get the color of your dreams. Es que se serai possible de teindre toutes ma chevelure en marrons clair et les racine en foncer. Mes cheveux blanc la teinture sur mes racines prend ,mes pas lomtemps.j aimerai un peut plus de temps de pose 40 mn se c est possible,à part ça hé suis contente.

Been using this for about a year now and i love the way my hair feels after i use this color kit. I use to go to a salon but my hair was always so dry after words. then tried box colorings and they are not nearly as good or nice to my hair. Since i have been using these kits form eSalon, my hair feels so nice and love how it turns out every time.

I am so glad I found esalon, it has been a god send whole not being able to visit the salon but actually more than that now the salons are open again I am sticking with this routine!
I can choose when I want to dye my hair without having to plan appointments around my job, I can just do it I’m the evening at my own leisure, and Amelie is great, she really listens to what I want and gets it right.
Thanks esalon got making home dye mich less stressful!

Smell can be eye watering but colour is good and not sloppy so no mess. Gloves also a decent size unlike other colour brands where they are for tiny children hands.

This was my first time dying my hair, so I was uncertain, and since I received it, I kept looking at it, and worrying, "and if I don't like it", big step, then I called a friend and did it, and I am soooo pleased, I do really really really love my hair after dying it for the first time. I think the colour I choose it is a bit darker than my hair was, but nevertheless I am soooo pleased, more so because my hair is soft and smells sooooooo good. I loved it, so thank you so much, I will be certainly continue to order. I am here just wondering if I should now try the colour light to medium brown.... oh well, I will see.
