As I'm 57, my light blond hair with red undertones was turning to a dull ash colour. Thank you for creating a lovely demi permanent blond coppertone for me. I'm so happy with my hair again!
P.s. also thank you for your good customer care service by sending a free of charge order when the first one was lost in the mail for 3 weeks from the UK to NL. To my surprise it arrived the same day as the backup order.

It was just what I wanted! It covered my gray, warmed my tone but kept the highlights....and so very easy to do!! I may go a touch darker in Fall. But I am so happy with it! It does not look like I did it myself.

I have used store brought coloring for years and it was always a chance at what color that box would bring. This is my first time using the Custom Color and for once I got the color I asked for. The color seems to be holding well so far. It was easy to use and did not seem to have a huge smell compared to the store coloring set. The instructions were easy to follow. The product did not seem to dry my hair out (I did purchase the Color care and Condition duo, which probably helped also) Have gotten good comments from others at how nice and healthy my hair looks. At this time I would recommend this Custom Color set.

I am absolutely in love with this colour. The dark mahogany brown is amazing!
I have been using box hair dyes during lockdown and they have left my hair feeling dry and looking, meh 😕
But my esalon customised dye was perfect 👌🏻 Such a gorgeous colour, it had the lovely yummy warm red tones that I really wanted and left my hair feeling soft and sooo pretty.
the after dye kit is brilliant. The dye is really easy to apply with the brush, but I am not the most skilled at applying hair dye and I did get manage to get on my chin and arms 😅 but the hair dye remover included in the kit sorted that out in seconds.
I am so happy with my first esalon experience and will definitely be ordering again and again and again!

first time I purchase a custom hair color! I usually buy off the shelf,higher end hair color from target...I'm very satisfied with this one! the customization is excellent...instructions easy to follow,l like the lil sticker to pin up instructions as u color...my hair felt and looked better after coloring...color is terrific! I see a difference in this kit than store bought color!my hair color is excellent, just what I wanted! I will rebuy!

A little red-toned for my liking, but I love it nevertheless. I love the color! I love that it's not too dark, but just dark enough. It covers the previous red, that I had, well. I first went with a light brown copper but found the brown too warm for my skin tone (fair, cool undertones and reddish hue). Asked to adjust a shade lighter to dark blonde copper. Awesome!

I wasn't sure at first. I didn't know what to expect, would the color be right?, would my hair fall out? lol, none of the above.
What I got was the best coloring I've ever received box or salon visit. The color selection was spot on it looks so natural and healthy, you know how sometimes when you've colored you can't wait to wash it once to have the color settle in because it looks like it's just sitting on top your hair, it's ready to wear as soon as you finish coloring it and blow it out. I can't get over how well the color matched, what a terrific long lasting shine there is in my hair and how soft and easy it is to style, I am very happy.
I have some grey, not a lot, so the only problem I had was my gray came back sooner then it should have but that's my fault because it was my first time using the color I think I washed it out sooner than I should have.
You'll be quite pleased with the product. I am and this is now my new go to for coloring.

I’m super pleased esalon matched my colour as had previously coloured my hair with a different brand a lovely copper shade, I would say my greys were not covered the best but I’m sure this is due to my own fault as I was trying to be careful not to overlap the colour and missed a few areas... however I have just used the light set to add highlights and the total effect now is amazing! Has really made my hair look more natural and will blend the lighter greys coming through too I would imagine.

I have naturally thick curly hair which I keep as glossy and healthy as possible - often box dyes dry out and ruin my curls and it takes weeks of care to get them back to their full glory. This custom colour set was perfect for keeping them hydrated and soft. The colour was rich and warm and I couldn’t be happier with it. I’ll never use a box dye again!

I was a little skeptical about trying this. Oh my gosh they nailed my hair color!!!!! I’m a natural dark strawberry blonde. As I get older the roots come in gray or a dark brown. Used box dye during the first two lockdowns and my hair wasn't coping well at all. E-salon popped up on Instagram and i thought why not give it a go. I'm able to dye my hair and clean up any messes I make with the dye stain remover wipes they provide. And the cream you apply before the dying process makes sure I don't look like a crazy person afterwards! I'm so glad I found eSalon!

My custom color set is wonderful! Exactly the color I had been looking to create after having spent many $$$s coloring my hair at salons. I recently moved to a new state and a much smaller town and it has been tough finding the right hair stylist and colorist for me. eSalon has helped me re-create the beautiful color I used to get in the salon I loved where I used to live. Now just need to workout the right stylist.

I only ever got my hair colour done in a salon I never dreamt of using a colour at home. I have used E-salon colour twice now and I am so impressed with the results. Easy application with the instructions enclosed, Covers stubborn greys & the coverage is perfect from root to ends. The online consultation was great and I have the exact shade I desired. My hair feels conditioned & shiny. I would honestly go as far to say this is the best colour I have had in a very long time. My only salon visits will be for a cut & blowdry going forward.

I've used this color system almost a year and it is great. It colors the roots, the grey hair throughly, and your hair feels natural. I like all the things you need is in the box like gloves, shampoo, conditioner and easy instructions.

This is my 4th order with ESalon. I’m so pleased with this color. My hair is not fried and extremely dry as it feels with store bought color. I’ve needed no extra conditioning treatments after coloring with my hair being extremely long and curly. I will be a long term costumer for sure 😁

I started using esalon because the salons were closed because of the ongoing lockdowns we are in.
I must admit I love this product! It covers my grey well, it’s easy to use, the instructions are well written, and I do it in the comfort of my home when I want to do it. I’m not at someone else’s mercy to get my hair coloured.
I was also impressed with the support I received when I chose the colour I thought would have suited me. The colourist immediately emailed me back with recommendations on what would suit me better based on the photo I sent.
I trusted her advice. She did not fail me. I’ve had complements on the colour from my hair stylist!
This will be my third time using esalon. I’ve stopped going to my salon to get my hair coloured.
Lastly I love the automated service. I get it every 4 weeks when I need it.
Great quality, rich colour, lower cost, and Convenience. Can’t beat that!

Ero un po stanca dei soliti colori che trovavo, non riuscivo mai da avere la giusta nuance che desideravo, così per curiosità ho trovato il sito ed ho iniziato a "preparare" il colore che desideravo, devo ammettere che ero molto scettica, soprattutto del risultato finale.
La confezione è arrivata in tutta la sua bellezza e aprendola mi sono già sentita coccolata come se fossi dal parrucchiere.
Le istruzioni sono ben dettagliate, l'applicazione è semplice e soprattutto il prodotto è profumato, non ho avuto nessun fastidio durante l'applicazione,.
il risultato finale: SPETTACOLARE ,finalmente il colore che cercavo!
Lo consiglio, anche solo per provare!!

Absolutely love esalons products. Once you try it you will never go back to box colors. Product doesn't run. Product doesn't dry your hair out if applied as instructed. Washed out nicely.
And the my Stylest has been right on with my request. She does know her work really well. My hair shows it.
Other women always asking me "where do you get your hair done" and I always reply with a big smile and tell them esalons, found them on Facebook. I have been using esalons for about 1 yr and will continue to do so. Ty esalons and my Stylist

I was desperate to get my greys covered and found an advert for eSalon. Thought I would give it a try and so glad I did. I really didn't expect the colour to be what I wanted, but it was perfect. It took a little while to be delivered, but it was worth the wait. Would definitely recommend. Attention to detail in the packaging was an extra bonus and, although it was more expensive than a home colour bought at a chemist/supermarket etc., I would certainly buy again if my hairdresser was unavailable.

I love my custom color. I had a bit of grey, but mostly just drab and dull looking hair color. My colorist found the perfect blend that brought out some red tones and brightened my whole look.

I've been an eSalon customer since January of 2017. I really love their hair color. Best product I've tried for covering and blending my grays. It also provides vibrant overall color, great shine and it doesn't dry my hair out. I've tweaked my custom blend a few times too and it was never a problem. For the past two plus years I've been very happy with my custom color and my 'color at home' results. I highly recommend eSalon for your do-it-yourself hair coloring needs.

I have been letting my Grey's grow and I LOVED them BUT, I quit my job and got scared that I would look too old and I would not get hired anywhere. I dyed it, using a store brand and my Grey's turned 2 different colors. I was hummin and haing over esalon when my sister said she has been using your product and LOVES HER HAIR COLOR. A la base, je ne fais que très peu de couleurs je gardais ma couleur châtain mais en vieillissant non cela n'est pas dû aux cheveux blancs, j'ai la chance à 61 ans d'en avoir très peu, mais cela me durcit les traits du visage, donc j'ai opté pour du cuivré et c'est fantastique, aucunes allergies, produits de qualité que je recommande
