I recently re-ordered my color after I had went quarantine crazy and dyed my hair all sorts of crazy colors. Working with my colorist, Mindy, I was able to start my journey back to my original color. I recommend esalon to everyone I know and I can’t say enough about the customer service.

My first root touch up color process turned out to be too light for my root color resulting in brassy tones. eSalon responded quickly to my issue and changed my color mix based on a photo of me. They sent me the new mix without charge showing they have excellent customer service! The new color is a perfect match and I’m very happy with the results. The products esalon produces are of wonderful quality. My hair is looking so natural now and it’s soft and shiny. Thank you eSalon!!

I have 90% silver hair and I stopped going to the salon b/c it is very expensive and bleach stopped working on my hair. I was a bit skeptical when I got my order, but afterwards, the results I got exceeded my expectations. My silver hair is lighter than some of my hair but it looks like highlights. Decided to try this at home esalon with some speculation.....I am no longer skeptical!!!!!! The color was a change from my damaged blonde over processed hair....I went with a copper red and it couldn't be more perfect!!!!! I paid way too much for a salon visit only to be left unhappy with the color. Being a little skeptical in this new way of coloring hair, I needed to give it a try during this Covid-19 pandemic. I am so happy that I did! The color that was sent to me was spot on! I believe the pictures I used in different lights also helped a great deal. I was glad Freddie D, colorist, emailed me with the custom color he suggested, as I was to use this on my roots only. It matched the rest of my long hair. The product also did not itch my scalp as others have done. I have been a customer since March 2020 and will continue. Again...wonderful.

I love the all inclusive packaging that includes gloves, shampoo, conditioner, barrier, wipe for tint on skin (plus all color stuff of course!).

I love this new color, my hair came out amazing. This color solution does not dry out my hair. It actually makes my hair feel softer. I just love it!!

My favorite color ever. I am still struggling with the grays at my temple but I did a better job by leaving the color on longer in these areas. I'm hoping to perfect it this time around. I know all of the tips that I've been sent and all of the instructions by heart - I'm no newbie to coloring my hair :) I just need to figure out the timing for the stubborn grays. Again - I LOVE the color.

This was my first time using hair dye myself. My hair is short so it wasn't very difficult, but I thought the color matched well and the condition of my hair after shampoo and conditioner was great.

I don't color my hair all that often just when I want a little change. I loved the convenience of esalon! Taking a little quiz about your hair and then getting the perfect outcome is exactly what I want. No guessing or anything. I LOVED the shampoo and conditioner that came with it, smelt amazing! I even got huge compliments from my stylist when I went to get my hair cut, he said he loved the color and it looked very natural on me.

This is my third purchase of custom colour set and I can honestly say that the colour is fabulous, it doesn’t fade as quickly as the salon colour which is 3 times the price of this one. It still covers evenly Without any evidence of over-colouring, it looks very natural and blends greys away beautifully. Highly recommend to anyone who is comfortable colouring their own hair and is thinking about making the switch.

Since switching to esalon I am receiving loads of compliments over the colour and condition of my hair. Great product, easy to use , barely more than a normal hair wash. My hair is wonderfully silky and shiny. It doesn't look like almost pure white hair that has been dyed any more!

Switching from an in-person color expert to do-it-at-home was a frightening prospect. eSalon made it simple and successful. The assistance provided by the color expert was precise and absolutely right for me. The products were correct and the process was an easy one.

Great colour and as mentioned when ordering. When I initially put it on I thought oh dear it’s a bit dark but when I washed it off it was perfect and not so dark after all. Great instructions easy to follow, have ordered for another 8 weeks, completely covered my greys too. Would highly recommend.

D'habitude je suis adepte des mèches (blondes), j'avoue avoir eu peur après la première coloration : je la trouvait foncée voir rousse alors même que mes cheveux n'étaient pas secs mais au final c'est exactement la couleur qui me va : un joli blond. Cela dit, j'aime le bio et je ne sais pas ce que contiennent ces colorations. C'est pour cela que j'hésite à recommander. Il y a t-il dedans des substances controversées ?

LOVE the color - very shiny and sparkly (even my husband commented on how nice my hair looked!) The kit has absolutely everything you would need and very easy to understand directions. I will NEVER buy haircolor from anyone else. Highly recommend!!

Perfect color and great coverage. I tried another "auto ship" brand and color was way too dark, they tried again but still it was a no go...flat color, no dimension so I gave up. I found your product and carefully read reviews and watched video of an online stylists "critique ". I decided to try...will continue it is perfect!
