This was definitely a huge step up from drug store color kits. I thought the instructions were done well. I liked that it was roots first and then ends. The color is great and my hair doesn't feel like it was just colored. Looking forward to the next kit to see how well it blends after a month of washing and grays coming in.

When I decided to try this I was super worried about how it would look and if there would be enough color for my super long hair. In the comments section of my order, I noted that I always tend to go more red when coloring my hair. The stylist listened and responded with the suggested color of light brown. I put the color on and it looks fantastic! Now, all i need to do is maintain my roots going forward. The team really took their time to get my colour right, asking questions and making suggestions and I couldn't be happier with the results! The dark ring I had around my roots is now beautifully blended with the rest of my hair and the colour is exactly what I wanted, a dark brown but with a lovely depth and a shimmery golden tint. I've Been using esalon for several months now, after originally thinking I would just go back to OTC hair color. But after you use esalon, and try OTC brands again, their are slight differences that made me go back to esalon. One of the biggest is the beautiful scent of all the products. The shampoo, color, conditioner, all SMELL great! That may not be important to you, but I love it!! Plus of course it all works well and the customer service is great!!

I was a bit hesitant to use eSalon for at-home color, but took a chance anyway. My hair felt and looked amazing after using this set and I got several compliments. I initially tried the semi-permanent hair gloss so I could see if the color worked for me. I loved it but it washed out after about 2 weeks. I emailed the team to update my next set to a more permanent color and received a response almost immediately. My next kit will include a longer lasting color and I cannot wait to get it.

The color turned out great. I want to try the demi-permanent once more, but after that I'm considering the permanent blend. The dye was able to give my hair consistent color all over, even though I had previously colored my hair and had multiple shades. I'm very happy with this blend.

I have sought the coppery/gold red color that is my natural color from both professionals and from a box. Have not always been satisfied, but the one time I was from a professional, the 2nd coloring was not the same shade and she left it on roots too long so there were actually two shades that did not blend. I wasn’t terribly hopeful about eSalon but finally decided to try it. Very happy with the outcome as it is exactly the shade I hoped for. Thank you!

I love to dye my hair. I even enjoy bleaching it from time to time. Every so often I also enjoy having my natural hair colour which is a dark dark near black brown. I was warned that there was a chance that this dye might not give me what I wanted....Well it did. Not only that it stayed in. No wash out or blonde peaking through like it would have had I got to a salon. It's happened before. I didn't mind, I honestly never mind. I was skeptical going in. How in the world could someone know my coloring when they have never seen my face?
Well, this is beyond amazing- I've always thought I had to go lighter but darker actually looks way better- and more natural. I'm 3 1/2 weeks in and my hair still looks great! My color is a demi so I thought it would be almost washed out by now but it is not! I still catch myself checking myself out in the mirror because it looks and feels so good. I should have tried this a long, long time ago.

I had been trying to put off coloring my hair for as long as possible but it was time to cover up the gray. A friend suggested eSalon and I am so glad I made this choice. This is the first time I had ever colored my hair and was very nervous because I have a very sensitive scalp. In the past, Redken products have made me break out and even made my hair fall out and other women in my family talked about how they have to put up with their scalp burning to get a good coloring- so I was very worried. The kit comes with a recommended test to check for allergy and I did that and didn't have a reaction. I even tested a small unnoticeable place on my head and didn't have a reaction. I had no sensitivity with the actual coloring of my hair- no burning, no itching, nothing! Another worry was that it would really dry out my hair- but it didn't- my hair is soft and just as shiny as ever. When selecting a color, the questions were very thorough and I ended up ordering the demi-permanent dark brown. What a great color! I was worried it would be too dark but it was a great match and even had just the tiniest hint of auburn in it which I am really liking. I can still tell where my gray was because the gray is lighter than the rest, but I think it gives it the look of some lighter brown highlights and it works for me. We had some shipping problems; the developer kept leaking inside the box but customer service was excellent. I emailed and received a response and phone call every time. When I had a question right before I applied the color and called the customer service number, I only waited on hold about 2 minutes, the customer service rep was very friendly, helpful, and supportive. Bottom line: excellent customer service, excellent color, and I am absolutely 100% satisfied.

The color is fantastic and it covers grey! Usually with other coloring products my greys show again within 1 week! It’s been 5-6 weeks since I used my E Salon color and my greys still aren’t showing. Even my regrowth is barely noticeable. Love this product!

The people that work at eSalon are wonderful! They take the time to really find out what you are looking for in your own personal hair color and they make it happen. The product is easy to use and is very gentle to your hair. I use the Demi permanent hair color and I have no problem with the gray coverage. It makes my hair feel soft and silky.

The color is rich and natural and leaves my hair soft and shiny. I bring it to the salon who was at first skeptical, but acquiesced to my wishes and they agreed it provided better coverage and looked better than the 2 lines that they normally use.

I was super happy with the color that was suggested to me, even though I thought I would want darker. The brunette looks super natural and it brings out my eyes. Very pleased with the results and the instructions were a cake.

I've been very happy with the ingredients in the hair color kit. My hair never feels or looks chemically treated. Even at the 6 week mark, my hair still feels healthy. My last order when I had the option for a lightening kit, I decided to take the plunge. I was a little intimidated to use it. I worried I was going to make a mess. I watched the videos several times and then went for it. I love it! I have had so many compliments on my hair. It was super easy to do. It came out great. I'm at the 2 week mark and my highlights haven't dried out, gone brassy etc. I love having this option available to me in a product that isn't destroying my hair.

This is my first time with real in. Received a cute box with my name on it containing everything you need. Read the instructions which have a little sticker that I stuck to the mirror. My hair came out fabulously 😁 natural tones came through even my husband said it's better than previous colours.
