I always used box dyes beforehand, but after this I wouldn't go back, did once and immediately regreted it. These customs give my hair the perfect colour, the perfect touch, it doesn't stain at all and you cab definitely feel that it is a different and much more valuable hairdye then usual drugstore ones. I think the price is definitely worth it! Would recommend to everyone!

It took a couple of tries to get the tone just right but now it's perfect! Esalon did not give up on me and worked to make it right! I LOVE my color and I can't wait to try the toner and neutralizer in my next order!!

The result is perfect!
The steps were clear for application and I really appreciated the communication from the stylist.
After the photo they advised I needed 2 colours: one for the roots, one for the rest and they added the roots colour in the box!

So I messed up my color and Alexandria took the time to Listen to me regarding my color mess up and explain to me how to fix it, She even laughed with me when I told her my hair was now orange on top and the comments I was getting regarding. You'd look like carrot top and a few others like Ronald Mcdonald. She sent me my color repair kit 😍 And my hair is perfect. I love the color.

At 52 finally giving in to having my hair dyed. Being severely disabled I get Salon quality in the comfort of my own home. My daughter has become a colourist specialst now! I was hesitant about the colour but I made a great choice. I've had so many comments on the bronze tones which completely covers the salt n pepper. Because of my natural coulour it gives differing tones making it look quite natural and proffessional.

Une super coloration. La couvrante des cheveux blancs est parfaite. La teinte est très bien peut être un ajustement à faire mais pour l instant je l adore. Le shampooing et l après shampooing laisse les cheveux très doux et volumineux.

When I tried my eSalon hair color, I was pleasantly surprised how good it looked and the color actually covered my grays in the front without it looking much lighter.
I sent a picture of what my hair looked like before and filled out the quizz about what I wanted. When I received my custom color set and how nice the personalized package was, I could not be happier with the results.. I will definitely be ordering from eSalon again.

I love my hair color and thank the stylists who custom crafted it to my specializations. My scalp is extremely sensitive - my scalp felt a bit itchy/irritated the next day after coloring but i was itch free by the following day - that's a winner in my book! Just used my first box and I am so impressed with the results! Salon trips were just becoming too expensive but I needed my grays covered. Box dye always left my hair feeling so dry. This was truly like a little salon experience in a box. The color came out great. My hair is soft!! All the little added accessories were very helpful, especially the color shield to prevent my whole forehead from getting dyed. I'm actually excited for the next box!!

I have been using the eSalon Custom Color Set for over ten years. My hair always looks natural and bright, with consistent color each time I color it. I was so delighted to receive my first order! The box was personalized and so pretty with easy directions and a cute little sticker to hang the instructions on the wall as you color your hair. 2 pair of gloves made the job less messy. The best part was the color; rich, deep copper tone which covered my greys perfectly.

This was my first time coloring my own hair. I have to admit to having been bit nervous about it. I followed the instructions included in my kit and watched a few of the instructional videos. All of the info was right there! It wasn’t very difficult at all and my hair came out great! The colorist really nailed my color the first time!
For those who are considering this: My hair was once blonde, and is now graying around the edges. It’s dark in back, lighter in front (the very definition of “mousey.”) I had highlights previously.

I have been a customer since 2017, I have never had a single issue with customer service. My orders are spot on and I love that I can customize my color to be just what I'm looking for. I love this company. As a redhead my color makes up so much of who I am. As I have gotten a little older it has become a bit more blonde. This service allows me to regain some of my youthful brightness. The products are so gentle and I have not noticed any damage to my hair at all. The colors are so nice that even my hair dresser doesn't know it's colored!

Literally. I can’t keep up with existing and raising children long enough to write a review and I’m stopping my workday right now to write this because this is literally the best company I think I have ever worked with. I needed a little tweaking to my color, and I easily figured out where to submit that l, and a real live hair consultant CALLED ME on the phone like real life lol. Amazing. This has been a game changer, and it’s really not THAT hard to do. The kit makes it as easy as humanly possible. Get one of those trifold mirrors if you really want to “paint” it on, or just do what I do and put the gloves on and free-for-all it. Works just the same for me. Again, thank you for being the real deal.

I am 100% thrilled with the results. I'm full grey & could only get my hair dyed in a hairdressers. Anytime I used a box dye the greys would turn pink.

I know I waited some time before using this shipment, however after I did it, the color doesn’t v seem the same as it was. It is much more brown than I like, I think when I restart my shipments I would like it to be more red/ auburn than brown. I do still love that it is shiny and soft not leaving my hair feeling damaged like a lot of color products do.

Love my new colour and my colourist was so helpful in finding the perfect shade for me. The colour is vibrant and muti-toned, unlike the flat colour of a box dye. eSalon is a great service with a really supportive team.

Today I used 10. Vol. developer with a new formula mixed just for me, it’s FANTASTIC COLOR RESULTS! They know what and how to mix your color. I’ve been a hairdresser for 30 years, and they could update my skills in coloring and technique. Love the way my hair feels so soft/ healthy/ covered all the greys with 10 vol. H202. AMAZING GRACE! Easy to apply even coverage, covers greys, long lasting. Many compliments, received on my hair colour. It looks natural and I am so very pleased I gave this product a go. I did have to tweak the colour, second time around as it was too warm a tone but this has been done and is now just right for me. Instructions are brilliant and the guidance and product gives you the ability to benefit from a more professional finish. A big thumbs up from me !!

I am in my 30s never coloured my hair before, had lots of greys coming through, was very nervous about dying my hair as I love my natural colour, I sent a picture and explanation about my natural colour- the colourist got it spot on - everyone has commented how it looks like my natural hair colour! And covered all my greys! The instructions were easy to follow, all the kit included was great! I will always use this to colour my hair- amazing results - hair felt glossy after the treatment and following hair washes as well! Love it!

Première commande pour ma part d'un kit de coloration.
j'ai trouvé la commande facile mais surtout la couleur vraiment personnalisée à mes cheveux.
A réception, j'ai trouvé le kit vraiment complet (jusqu'à la crème pour éviter de mettre de la couleur partout !!!).
Le kit est vraiment facile d'utilisation. J'ai juste utilisé le flacon sans pinceau ni coupelle et le résultat est vraiment bien.
De plus, la couleur étant sur mesure, j'ai pu adapté la couleur de mon prochain kit.
Je recommande + + pour la qualité, la facilité d'emploi et le sur mesure.

I loved that the products were personalised with my name on them.
The instructions were easy to follow and I loved the little sticker that held them on the wall.
The kit was really good, with 2 pairs of gloves and I needed and used both pairs.
The colour was really lovely and I am pleased with the results.
All my greys were covered well and my hair looks and feels healthy.

I have had received 3 orders from e salon before and the color was good but not was I was looking for. I spoke to Mindy a color specialist and she adjusted my color to a light brown with a hint of red and a hint of gold. It is the perfect color, just like I used to have many years ago. The product is awesome and shipping is super fast. I have bought hair color from the store before and they fade so fast. This color stays for almost 12 weeks before slightly fading. Thank you Mindy for giving me the perfect color, thank you so very much.

My second hair colour was just as I asked. I loved my first one however, I wanted it tweaked a little to give it depth and warmth. That’s what I got! My hair looks so shiny. The colour is just the same as salon but half the cost. Love it!

Since moving to the UK, I had yet to find a colourist or salon that could give me the colour I was looking for. This magical little colour set is the ONLY thing that's come close to getting my hair the way I like it. I'll admit it's a tad redish on top (but I think that's only because my hair naturally pulls warm tones) but it's such a small thing that I don't even care or notice. All in all this product is 100% worth the money. The instructions were easy to follow and my hair looks so healthy and shiny. I will definitely be buying again. I found an ad online either on Instagram or Facebook for this hair color and was very skeptical because I have never heard of it nor do I trust a lot of ads that come from social media sites, however this one is 100% LEGIT! I wanted something to cover my grays and it did just that! And the custom color that I received just for me was a beautiful dark brown color!
