At first, I thought, this is just another color, but after the first time I used the product, I new this was not one of the boxes you get from the store. Color looks great and seems to last longer on gray coverage than OTC products. Kit is nice w gloves, stain protector, shampoo & conditioner (which smell great). Pricier than OTC yet less than salon; I like it.

My daughter coloured my hair, I thought it was too dark, but since washing several times it has lightened. I know I can get the colour tweaked if I want. It is a really great service that all the ladies at esalon provide , with easy to follow instructions.

I used my colour this morning, Saturday, I only ordered it on wednesday! It was easy to apply and has successfully blended in the few grey strands and the orangey hue that a shop bought colour had given my hair. I now have shiny light brown hair, I will definitely continue to use my custom colour.

This was first time to colored my hair by myself. I made a mess in my bathroom sink lol. However the color covered my grays and brought life to my hair. After my hair dried I did not see the change. I notice a more balance to my hair in a day or two. I’m looking forward to doing this again and I will cover my sink with an old towel.

I have been using this brand for all of my hair care products for about 3 years!! One thing that I really love is that it is delivered in my mail which in turn saves me from having to go inside a store!! I find the color to be high-quality. My hair is soft, shiny and healthy after each coloring. The color ages well and looks natural and three-dimensional. The reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because I've tried three different colors and they always turn out the same. I have tried: light brown copper mahogany, dark blonde copper mahogany, and dark blonde strawberry. They have all turn out exactly the same - a medium brown color with just a touch of red. That being said, because of the quality of the product I will continue to purchase from esalon and keep trying different colors in order to find my perfect shade.

it's been hard matching my new hair colour but Jessica you've nailed it. When my first order was too dark and I told esalon they stepped back up and offered to adjusted the colour for me. This new blend is a perfect match to my hair and now my worries about my roots are solved. I don't have to go the shops to pick a box dye up thats another bonus or have worry that I won't get the same colour as the one I was using as the brand has changed their colours without notice. Esalon is sent straight to my door. I love my hair looks and feels amazing. Thank you so much esalon for persevering with me. This is the only place I will be getting my colour from form now on. This is the first time I've done just the root touch-up and not the ends. I was skeptical about not pulling the color through/putting it all over (especially because my hair is so fine, I had half a bottle of color left!) but I followed the directions to put it only on my root growth, and it looks awesome! The color blends perfectly with my existing color!

I made a change to my color so I could attempt to just go ahead & match my roots, instead of changing my roots to match my blonde. My colorist nailed it!! My hair has always been hard to color.. I usually get a green or gray tint. So I was super scared to put this on my platinum hair. It’s now a gorgeous golden blonde!!! I’m so excited I could cry!! Lol Finally found my perfect shade! I have been doing the same color for quite some time and decided I wanted something new. I sent a picture of an actress with a similar color to what I wanted and crossed my fingers and waited. The color they sent is perfect!!!! I absolutely love my new color! I do not know how they do it, without ever having met me, but this company knows its stuff! I have been coloring my hair for many, many years and I have never been happier with the color, and condition, then I am now, even when going into a salon and having it done "professionally". Love this company and its products!

I am older, and this hair color kit is so easy for me to use. The color is just perfect for me, and the shampoo and conditioner that come with each shipment make my tired old hair feel and look good. The customer service is fabulous.

Lets face it we have all become our own hairdressers during covid and I've been coloring my own hair . I have to say eSalon products make it as easy as possible and the color is gentle and does not burn my head like store bought or even sometimes hair salon color. ITs gentle and leaves my hair a beautiful color. I would say the color may not last as long as salon color but it fades a beautiful shade (and im auburn and know reds fade quickest) but its always a lovely shade. Thanks for a really good produce and easy instructions and ease of ordering!

I had ordered a darker color but my specialist advised that I go a shade lighter so it wouldn’t be too dark. She was absolutely correct. I loved the color she sent and honestly one shade darker and it would have been too dark. Awesome customer service!

I'm really pleased with the individual customized hair colour. It's just what I wanted and it is shipped very quickly. I get my hairdresser who comes to the house to apply it for me, there is no skin or scalp irritation and it's very easy to use. I like being able to change the colour and get advice as to whether what I choose would suit me. It's also very convenient to be able to choose the shipping date easily. The whole service is well worth paying a little extra for in my opinion. Thank you very much.

My order arrived yesterday. When I opened the box, I was impressed by the presentation - personalized & professional. I did my hair this morning. It was a bit scary, having never attempted any hair coloring before, by myself. It turned out great! The color match to the picture I sent was spot on! Excellent gray coverage too. My hair looks absolutely great and on point with what it looked like before the gray took over. The gray is covered and almost acts like a highlight of the color. No boxed color kit (or salon) beats it.

I’ve been using eSalon for 3 years now my natural color is a strawberry blond. My Esalon color match is a perfect match, I get compliments and people are surprized when I tell them I color my hair. People comment that it looks so natural and looks beautiful. Very happy with my color and the way it makes my hair feel good and not dried out. When I briefly stop getting my color from esalon and used store bought hair color I regretted it and started my auto shipment of color back right away. I believe esolon is as good or better then going to a salon especially saving all the money I would spend. I never write reviews but this product is awesome and I hope it will help you make your decision to use it or not.

It was hard for me to believe that I could get such great color online. The kit came, had very easy to understand directions, contain everything That I needed to get the complete job done. The color turned out so pretty and the texture of my hair is great. As a matter fact my hair feels better than it’s felt in years.

I wanted a dark blonde shade for summer and it came just right. The colour lasts longer than Madison Reed, which I have been using since 2019. This site is easy contrasted with Madison! One note: My straight, fine hair becomes extremely flat after colour.

I am very happy with my color!!! It’s healthier and natural looking. I find it lasts longer then store colors and covers grays very well. Store colors leaves my hair frizzy, dry and dull with no tones. My E Salon color set makes my hair very shiny with a lot of tones in it -medium brunette. It’s awesome!!! I’m a regular customer now and love all their products.

This is such an amazing product as good as my hairdressers colour. The shine from my hair is just gorgeous as you'd never get this with a box dye home kit .Easy to use & covered all my grey hair as going to the hairdressers was just costing me way to much €95.00 & I've natural curly hair & I wasn't ever happy coming out from my hairdressers as they just couldn't style my curly locks so I will definitely be purchasing again & have recommended it to my friends
