I can only say good things about this product! The instructions were very easy to follow, and I was very impressed with how well the actual color looks, and how healthy it feels! I have really dark brown almost black natural hair and I wanted a golden brown color, and this product did not disappoint! I 100% recommend this product and will definitely be purchasing again :)

Je suis bluffée par le résultat!! Suite à un lissage au tanin, ma couleur s'est éclaircie, j'ai donc envoyé de nouvelles photos à ma coloriste qui a changé mon dosage. J'ai reçu la raviveur de couleur pour les longueurs et le résultat est tout simplement top. Digne d'une couleur faire chez un professionnel. Uniforme et brillante. Je recommande ce site sans hésitation!

The colour was perfectly chosen for me. I was anxious having been blonde for so long but the copper brown colour really suits me and I am delighted. Also really surprised at lack of staining on skin and ease of application. I needed a little help with the back but easy overall! Look forward to my next delivery.

Je suis très contente du résultat....je vais chez le coiffeur régulièrement mais j'alterne également en faisant moi même les couleurs que j'achète en grande surface ou chez des revendeurs pro. J'ai donc l'habitude. Je suis ravie du résultat, les conseils dont très pro. Je partais d'une base de blond très clair et souhaiterais revenir à ma couleur naturel.... maintenant j'attends de voir si la couleur dégorge vite étant donné ma précédente déco.

Tbh I haven't even seen the color dry yet but I've so loved the process I had to post a review early. The whole setup and questionnaire process were well thought out. It came quickly and the packaging is simple but very pretty. The products smell amazing and the instructions were simple and easy to follow. And the shampoo and conditioner smelled so good and foamed as big as the best suds at any salon I've visited. I can't wait for it to air dry so I can see the results!

The dye left my hair in good condition, manageable and soft. The colour turned out just as described, a dark brown with a cool violet tone. Not sure I chose the right colour for myself to continue with this shade so will be looking for further advice for the next time.

My custom hair colour is perfectly matched to my true natural hair colour. Reds and auburns are so hard to match. Mine is perfect. The blonde highlights come through, and the copper blends beautifully. So natural. Complements all the time.

Hi I tried this colour for the first time last month. I was so amazed how easy it was to apply. Also having my own colouring expert was great. Shampoo conditioner was amazing my hair looked great. Brilliant coverage great shine. My second colour should be here in just over week. Great value for money better than shop bought colours I will not go back to shop colours again.

I love the easy kit that you receive. The color chosen is perfect but I felt it needed more time to process than allotted. I did it at the time suggested but it didn’t take as well in some areas. I saturated my hair with the color but thank god I had some left over to fix the areas needed. I would definitely recommend this to all. My hair felt great afterwards, no burning scalp or irritation. Will definitely continue to use!

I was quite sceptical of the promise of eSalon but honestly I can't recommend this company enough. I'm on my third order, going from the perfect ginger colour to my natural brown, and at every step of the way eSalon have been fantastic. I've adjusted my colour a couple of times and every employee and stylist I've communicated with has been efficient, knowledgeable and really kind.
When I didn't like a product and reviewed it I was offered credit. Honestly just really surprised and blown away by how brilliant they've been at every step.

Due to lockdown my greys were becoming quite a problem! Usually wouldn't dare dye my hair myself (not a skill I have!). However, I stumbled upon this site and decided to give it a try. So glad I did. The process of ordering was great, delivery was quick and the instructions so helpful. As for the colour, really just perfect. So happy with the results. Will definitely be saving myself some money from now by sticking to colouring at home. Thank you so much!

I have ordered from Esalon many times now and have never been disappointed. It’s so easy to make any adjustments I want with my colorist and get exactly the color I’m hoping for. So happy I tried this and can’t see myself doing any other color.

I was sceptical about the service and whether the colour would work, but I'm super impressed. It is the first time I have coloured my hair independently and wow it is made so straight forward with everything you could possibly need and fantastic instructions. Would highly recommend!

They make it so easy, you can’t fail. I have never colored my hair at home and was beyond nervous. However I’m very much satisfied with the outcome. It covered my grays and my hair bights for a nice rich all over dark brown color. I am excited to keep working with my stylist to add some more shine and brilliance to my color. I’ll continue to order and color my hair at home for at least another year or so!
