I was very skeptical to doing this whole color blonde roots at home. Most hair colors don’t match and end up looking blotchy. This was a perfect match!! No blotchiness and it looks like my roots were touched up by a professional. Perfect product to use while salons are closed down during this covid pandemic. Absolutely spot on with colour I was having at salon, if not better 🙊 Honestly it was exact, instructions were very easy to follow, I’ve watched my stylist do it so many times but doing it myself was nerve wracking, I was really pleased with the out come . Shampoo and conditioner are fab, I’ve just added full-size to my plan, lovely smell to it and leaves hair feeling super clean. For my next order I’ve asked for more copper. Definitely recommend esalon.

Just go for it! The color was just right! I was so skeptical...I've been going to a Salon for my base color every 4 weeks and always highlighting every other visit! My hair is light blonde with lots of highlights. During this crazy pandemic my roots popped out. They were all gray/white along my hairline and the rest of the roots where very dark with lots of gray mixed in. Not a great look! It was so easy to do...I watched an eSalon YouTube tutorial just to put me at ease. My BF helped with the back but I could do it myself with more practice. I was a bit nervous as the 30 min. ticked by... my roots looked super dark as it oxidized, so I cut it short 5 min because I panicked! But Don't leave it on! The color covered the Gray and the Dark Roots! It looks Great just like the Salon! Thank You, Thank You, Thank You! It's Amazing How much better I feel just for doing my roots. Next, I'm going to try the Highlighting! Cant wait for the next shipment!!

When I stated I had fine hair and white greys instead of grey, I never thought the coverage would be so good! I Have less frizz and a lot of shine. When I started applying the color I thought oh no way to dark/ it looked black while it was processing, but after I waited the allotted time ,washed it out and blew it dry it was the perfect rich chocolate Brown I’ve always wanted. Perfection

Haven’t had my color done since the beginning of February. I’ve been getting highlights for over a year, but decided I couldn’t wait anymore. I ordered esalon color in a medium brown. Received the shipment a little late but with the COVID-19 craziness I get it. Had my daughter help me apply so I did not miss spots in the back and I am very happy. Great directions , nice to have 2 sets of gloves and cute that it was personalized. Highly recommend. I know salons have said don't color at home but I did and I am very happy with the outcome!!

If it weren't for the lockdown I would have never been brave, or desperate, enough to give this a try. It has taken me years to find a hair colour that I'd love and I was very apprehensive to even try this. But with no lockdown end in sight and my roots becoming very much a noticeable issue I had to take the plunge.
I am absolutely blown away by not only how easy it was to order the colour but also how accurately and beautiful the end result is. All the tools arrived in a pretty box and the instructions were easy to follow.
I was also pleasantly surprised how little the dye irritated my scalp, which has always been a bother for me with salon colours.
I am one very happy customer and will definitely continue to get my colour from here. Thx again Tamara, my colour is spot on x

My hair is very difficult to color because it likes to turn brassy, reddish, orangeish... I guess I have a lot of red / warm pigment in my hair. I never do my own hair, messed it up too many times as a younger adult.
With the covid19 running rampid, I needed to do something because I now have a lot of grey.
This did a nice job, I was really impressed.

Was a bit worried the first time using as I had wanted to change my hair colour completely ! My hair was very bleached highlighted but did the dying myself and was pleasantly surprised with the coverage . Have asked for my colour to be changed slightly but that’s purely because I want it a brighter copper but overall very pleased with the products and like the fact that I can talk to someone to discuss colours etc. Have now signed up for regular deliveries and saved myself lots of money too , win win

I was looking for a change as I turned 23 this year. I had virgin brunette locks. I was ready to be bold. I love how the dye lightened my brown hair and it made it a glorious red-copper. I don''t usually color my own hair but under the current circumstances it was necessary to take on this procedure myself. This was a recommendation from a friend.. I ordered and although the process of coloring my hair was messy ( only because I'm new at this). After I completed the color process I was very pleased with the results.
Called my daughters and told them they have to try it!

I don't think it's easy to get the right color blond and this color came out amazing. I'm so glad I found this company. This was super easy. When I first ordered I was nervous that I had chosen the wrong color. I called the company on Monday and discussed my order. The colorist compared my pictures which I uploaded ahead of time to what I had ordered and helped me make a better, more flattering selection. When the color arrived, I was impressed by the contents of the box and the personalized process. Everything I needed was inside the box. I used the cream around my forehead and hairline, sectioned off like in the directions and went for it. My husband helped me touch up the back and take a look at things 15 minutes into the waiting process to make sure those roots were covered! Everything was super clear and worked out just fine with the perfect shade for me. I am not working from home these days and on top of everything else, the appearance of my gray roots was getting to me. I knew of a friend that had ordered before and she had nothing but words of praise for the product. I am loving it too and it has been a morale booster these days. It is lasting really well and the product is so well presented, but without excess packaging, which I loved. I will be doing this again soon and have already called to inquire about a toning masque as well to follow up with after my color.

Today was my first time at colouring my own hair: the instructions were great and the colour was very easy to apply. I only did the roots, I have a fair amount of gray hair, and the coverage is great -- better than I get at my hairdressed. The hair is super shiny and soft. A very positive experience so far!

Le résultat au bout de 4 jours et un second shampoing est à la hauteur de mes attentes. Il est ton sur ton à la couleur obtenue habituellement en salon.

Color was a perfect match. My husband even noticed and commented that he could see highlights. I'm seriously considering not going back to my colorist. I've had so many issues with the color not taking and spending more time than I care to sitting around at the salon. With e Salon I can do this in the comfort of my own home, while getting stuff done, and saving myself an additional $75 every two weeks. Nice job!

Perfect shade of red that I wanted! Love the fact too that since it was my first order I got color for my roots (which were lighter so the color had more brown in the mixture) and then a second free bottle for my ends that had more red in since my ends were darker!

Once the kit arrived I used it immediately and am delighted with the colour and the ease of application. I missed a few bits sadly but down to my lack of skill rather than the kit will definitely order again.

Never coloured my hair at home before and was terrified! I won't lie, the self application process is a bit fiddly, especially on hair with length. But I persevered and have to say I'm thrilled with the colour! A little darker and richer than my previous mix of blonde highlights and ghastly greys, but it's blended everything together and suddenly I have healthy looking, shiney, vibrant hair! My natural hair colour is a mouse blonde and I dye my hair dark brown (level 4) which makes the blonde regrowth look grey. The colour I chose was a dark brown with mahogany and red. I was worried that an at home hair colour application would turn out patchy and uneven. The opposite is true- the evenness and colour saturation is of such a good quality. The amount you get in an order is amazing- from the shampoo and conditioner to the colour itself it is so worth the money. I blow dried my hair (I put in a heat protectant spray first) and my hair was so soft and shiny, which I was pleasantly surprised by and it felt so healthy. I was expecting my hair to feel like I had dyed it (when going to a salon my hair sometimes feels a bit stiff and artificial in feel) yet this wasn’t the case. Even if you’re nervous to dye your own hair at home, I’d say be brave and try it because it’s definitely worth it. I’m going to continue with the colour plan. Only criticism I have is that my roots are lighter than the rest of my hair but that’s expected as my re growth was really big but it’s only noticeable if you look closely. Overall, 5* quality and customer service.

I have not dyed my own hair in years and was very nervous about doing it on my own. The box and instructions were perfect! It took me some time and I have very long hair, so I did get dye on my arms and was not the cleanest person doing this. The dye came out of my arms in a day. The hair color was perfect and it has been 4 weeks and it still looks great!

I have never attempted to color my hair before. With my salon being closed and my hair in desperate need of a color lift I gave eSalon a try and so thankful I did. Je suis très contente de ma couleur, c'était la 1ère fois que faisait une couleur à domicile et j'avoue, je suis aussi satisfaite que chez le coiffeur. C'est ma fille qui me la posée, je ne pense pas que j'aurais réussi à le faire toute seule.
De plus en raison du retard de livraison (3 semaines), j'ai eu un bon d'achat sans rien demander je trouve cela très commercial.

Perfect! The color is perfect and my hair looks great! I'm unable to get to my salon right now to deal with my highlights and base color and my roots and regrowth were out of control! The medium blonde was perfect! I haven't colored my own hair in over 15 years!
