I needed something to help give my hair volume, but found that this shampoo seemed to make my hair feel more dry and frizzy than my regular shampoo

The 2 stars is not for the product, which I thought was pretty good, but for the packaging. I have already sent an email to esalon, but if you have any kind of pain in your hands, their pump bottle is very difficult to use. It is very stiff and I had to just remove it. Which DID work for the shampoo, but was problematic for the conditioner as it is very thick. I eventually had to add water to it. I cannot buy this again until they change the bottle.

My hair felt crunchy and heavy after using this and the Big Softie Conditioner. I rinsed for several minutes, and it didn't feel right, but I started drying it, and couldn't run my fingers OR my comb through the hair. After several minutes of rinsing again, it was more manageable, but still didn't feel GOOD. I tried it twice, and it happened both times. Won't be purchasing this again.

This product made my 'tend to be frizzy hair' a bit course. It may have added volume, but my hair was neither sleek nor shiny. Only used 1x, but rather not use again.

I don't like this shampoo as much as the others. I find that it doesn't lather well and tends to leave my ends dry. Most volumizing shampoos do though.

Not enough product comes out per pump. I have to pump it 10 times to get enough shampoo to wash my hair. Shampoo smells nice and gives my hair a nice shine. If the pump worked better I would consider buying it again.

You put a thick shampoo into a bottle with a tiny little straw to dispense with. It doesn't volumize and smells icky. Had to completely remove the top to be able to get anything out of the bottle.

A little disappointed with this product. Seems like I have to pump quite a bit of shampoo and it doesn't lather much at all.
