I love this cleansing cream! It made my hair super soft while keeping my frizz under control. I usually don't use a lot of conditioning products because they weigh my hair down and make it very flat. This product cleaned my hair without weighing it down at all! Definitely recommend it!

this is a great two in one product. It was hard to believe that the product would clean and condition hair because it did not lather but my hair came out clean and shiny. I have thin hair so typically my hair gets weighed down but this product gave be body and shine. this is going to be my go to product from now on.

I wasn't too sure about this product when I used it the first time. It does not "lather" at all and I wasn't sure if it was really getting my hair clean. But it does seem to get all the styling products out of my hair. It leaves my hair soft and does not weigh it down even though my hair is very fine. Overall, I really like this combined shampoo/conditioner.

I love co-washes , they work very well for naturally curly hair but you can definitely tell right away when one isn’t meant for naturally curly hair and this one isn’t. I gave mine to my Niece with straight hair and she LOVES it! It has a nice light scent and good slip. Anyone with straight hair should give it a try, it’s a nice co-wash.

But for short hair have a short life. And sometimes I see some bleeding in white rising, but I don't know if it was the red tint I had like 3 days before noticing that. Overall this is fantastic, for the lazy people like I am this product comes in handy between shampoo and conditioner. Also, if you have oily hair use a vigorous amount, I think the mechanism of action is conditioning your hair and natural oils and then remove it with a mild shampoo went saturate with water.

I love this product for a quick cleanse. If you don’t continue this product I suppose cream rinse will be similar?

I have since switched to an all natural hair collection , prior to that I really liked this product. It is extremely thick and a little tough to get out when you're near the bottom of the bottle. This has the perfect amount of conditioner and saves time (and water!) in the shower with one less step. It is a little pricey but if you're ok with that then you should definitely buy it!

It really works, cleans and conditions in one step. It was hard to get used to no suds the first time, but knowing that my hair would be really clean, now I don't mind this. My hair is soft after using too. The only thing to improve is the smell. It is stinky out of the bottle and leaves little or no smell after. I like a good smell I guess. I will buy this again.

I’ve used this product before under the old packaging, yet to use my new bottle but I’m assuming it’s the same fine product. I didn’t realize (I guess I didn’t read the instructions) that you are to leave it on for several minutes. I will try that next time. This is a great product to use if you’re in a bit of a hurry and don’t feel like washing hair twice and/or in between full shampoos as it won’t dry your hair out. Also for travel as you only need to pack one bottle.

Shampoo strips your hair and dries it out. Hair is not skin, it does not need soap and lather. Use a quality cleansing cream like this, or a good conditioner.

It has been à bit different for me to experience à cream rather than à regular shampoo. Personally my hair is quite fat so I need to use it every day but this is the perfect option to make my hair clean and soft at one go and the aroma is quite nice !

With my very dry hair and scalp, I have had success switching to cleansing cream and have reduced using shampoo to once or twice a month. I find my long/thick/frizzy hair is much more manageable and the amount of red/copper color loss per usage is lower than compared to shampoo - even low sulfate shampoo. You have to get used to the lack of suds, but the trade-off is the ability to comb the cleansing cream through your hair easily in the shower and remove tangles - something that I could never do with shampoo!
Note - Each time, I use 2 applications (Rinse & Repeat) and leave in a bit of product on my ends. One thing I have in common with the other reviewers - at the end of day 3 my scalp is starting to look a bit greasy around my ears/neck - even with my very dry scalp.

This is so easy to use and makes my hair so shiny. Much better than shampoo and conditioner which either made my hair too flat or too frizzy. This is fast and easy and the texture of my hair is just perfect. I just wish it came in a larger size.

The Duo It All works as advertised and has a nice scent. Personally, I have found that I can only use this once or twice a week and not on consecutive days. It does have a tendency to flatten my hair. But, I do like the smell and it works like it is supposed to. Would recommend as an "in-between" shampoo.

I really like this product, although it took several uses to get use to the lack of lather and how much I needed to use. It is a smoothe creme that accomplishes both squeaky clean hair and conditioning, but not over conditioning. I have fine, very curly hair and it leaves my hair clean, soft, and manageable, but not limp. Like it a lot!!!!!!

I have curly hair and so I use leave in conditioner and serums, this cream co-wash doesn’t seem to wash my hair properly and keeps it greasy and flacky. The classic shampoo has better results.

and haven't had a chance to try it. It sounds like it is similar to WEN shampoo, which combines the shampoo with the conditioner for a low-sudsing shampoo. I have used WEN for years - just from time to time, usually when I'm in a hurry. I am hopeful this shampoo will be as good as WEN. Will update my review after use.
UPDATE: May 2020 - I like the Cream CoWash and it is very similar to WEN; however, WEN's has nice frangrances, and the Cream CoWash doesn't seem to have much smell. I think it would be much improved if it had a nice frangrance.

This product works really well on my hair and allows me to not have to wash it for a couple extra days because of the dual shampoo and conditioner the only thing that I suggest is a different bottle it’s really hard to get it out of the bottle because it’s so thick don’t always have the extra time to Deal with this issue

I like the Cream CoWash. I do find that I can only use it once or twice a week because it does leave my hair kind of flat looking if I use it more than that. But, I like the convenience of not having to do 2 separate steps and it smells nice.

I really like how well the product works. Since I don't put product in my hair every day, I don't need a "deep clean" shampoo/conditioner. This works great! The scent, though, is not something that I really care for. It isn't "bad" or "manly" but it also doesn't make me feel like I'm treating myself to anything luxurious, if that makes sense. I like a good clean scent like the Olay body wash. Something that smells good while I'm using it but doesn't linger much afterwards. (Or maybe this product is unscented and that's just the smell of the ingredients?) I also have RA in my hands and am not able to always squeeze the bottle. I ended up switching the cap out with a pump that was on something else. Maybe that is something you could offer as an add-on purchase? Anyhow, I'll keep using it until it is gone and then I'd have to give it some thought on re-purchasing.

I've only used the product once and I love it so far. The bottle lid was almost completely off and spilled into the package sometime during shipping so I only received half a bottle. However when I contacted customer service the were quick to send a replacement. Great customer service!

I wanted to preserve my color for as long as I could, do I decided to try one of eSalons shampoos. Now I am a lazy person and like to have my shampoo and conditioner in one to save time. This stuff cleans my hair nicely, but be warned it does need t lather up. That was hard to get used to, but my hair is clean and in one easy step.

I've used this product twice now and I am inclined to not continue. After I use this product, dry and style my hair, it immediately looks like I've not washed it in days. It could be that I'm using too much but I'm not sure if that's the case as I'm certainly rinsing it out well before drying. Not loving it, but will try again (in case it's me).

Je n’ai pas trouvé ce produit assez hydratant, j’ai les cheveux secs de nature et ce produit ne me convient pas. J’ai essayé sur mes petites filles, le produit fonctionne mieux sur leur nature de cheveux.

I use this when I'm shorter on time as it's only one step. It's not long (< 1 day) before my hair is looking greasy again. This world be perfect for someone with thick curls, frizz or thicker hair I think.

I stopped using shampoo years ago and switched to cowash. This product works as it says, however, using the force field hairspray, this doesn't wash it out. I still had to use shampoo.

When I used this for the first time my hair was heavy and greasy! I absolutely cant handle that feeling. Makes me feel dirty like my hair was stuck to my head. I had my fiance checking to see if I didn't get all of it out of my hair. I jumped back in the shower and rewashed for a second time with my normal shampoo and I was fine and felt sooooo much better. I did not get the results with this product I was looking for.
UPDATE- With that being said customer service immediately reached out to me and was so helpful to get me something that will better suit me. Thanks Johny V! That is so kind I wasnt even expecting it :)

I was wondering if I was the only one having a bad experience with this cream wash, so I checked the reviews. Much to my relief, I found an exact description of my experience in several posts. It may be hair type and it could be water properties, but I couldn't stand the heavy, oily, unwashed feeling I had after using this wash. My hair looked awful. I was looking for a gently cleansing, but I had to wash my hair again with a lot of shampoo to get rid of the effects of this cream wash. My hair is fine texture and straight as can be. But it is thick and tends toward dry ends.
I was also relieved to read that I am not the only person who dislikes the new branding. I was so disappointed when the new packaging arrived and now dread seeing it. It went from spot on to looking like a really dated feminine hygiene product. If the color product wasn't so good, I would have switched.

Love this Cream Co-Wash as it makes my routine simple, however, I do not like the smell of it. The product leaves my hair clean and not too oily, so I get 2nd day hair no problem.

I have used various cleaner-conditioners in the past. All have left my hair looking greasy and unwashed, This product does not do that. My hair looks and feels clean after use.
