I do not like the shine silk. i would like to return but can't find anything on your site to return. i feel that this product makes my hair feel unclean. I put it on after shampooing my hair then dried my hair, and it makes my hair feel like too much product is in my hair.

I had another product I used before I colored my hair that I liked. I wasn't sure it would be safe now that I colored my hair and decided to try this. I didn't get the same results. I've found out the other product is safe and went back to it.

The product doesn't spray, it just plops in a small circle on head and leaves oily circles on my hair and doesnt blend when I brush.

I was a little nervous about ordering your product because I never order things online, change my hair color nor do I use anything other than my $2.97 box of Revlon bright auburn hair color from Walmart. My hair had taken on a Coppertone and I was hoping to maybe tone it down a bit so I figured I would try it and if it did not work the product was 100% guaranteed. After getting unsatisfactory results from the product I requested a refund. I was given a $10 refund in a $20 credit on my $30 purchase. I was told that because I used the other products that I ordered I could only be given a $20 credit which is completely ridiculous since those products or used with the hair color. Since I PayPal was only credited $10 I still owes $20 balance which in return was deducted from my checking account putting me in overdraft status which cost me another $30! I am so serious also let this product has not only done to my hair that's all I am left with product can I use $20 credit from a company I would never use again and definitely would never recommend to anyone! Your refund guarantee is completely misleading it makes no sense you are able to give me a $10 refund on my hair dye which obviously was used and you should be able to give me a refund on the $20 worth of product that went with it. I still intend to dispute this bill and intend to file a fraudulent charge against your company. I will also be filing with the Better Business Bureau as well as giving my bad review to as many people as possible online so that I can save others from the hassle that I've gone through. I paid $30 for the product I was unsatisfied plain and simple it should have been refunded to my PayPal the way it was paid... IN FULL!

I was hoping this would really be something but in actuality, I have better results with Palmer’s Coconut Oil Hair Polisher Serum. I get 6fl. Oz for a fraction of the price I paid for Shine Silk which is only 1 fl oz. Sorry but this purchase was a fail 🙁

It goes on smoothly, however, if you have frizzy hair you will require more than just a squirt. It is not heavy or greasy. So depending on the type of hair you have, determines the outcome of the product.

I paid, in person, for this Shine Silk spray on April 16, when I was at the ESalon bldg getting my hair colored.
I NEVER received the product! The stylist who did my hair ( very nicely, I might add) collected the $$$ for the service and this product, but did not tell me how I would get the Shine Silk. She immediatly had another client after me, so I did not want to bother her.
I assumed the product would be at the front desk when I left, as is the case in full~service salons where I have gone many times before.
But, no...the nice "new girl" at the desk didn't know anything about it, but thought it would be included with my next color order, (in 4 weeks)!
I called when I got my next hair color order, and the Silk Shine was not in the box.
This time, I was told it had been on back order for several weeks! (I think they should have told me that when I was there, and PAID for the product!)
I patiently waited another couple of weeks and still no product, No follow up.
I wrote an email detailing all of this, about a week ago...NO RESPONSE, NO Shine Silk!
NOW they want me to review the product?!?
Ahhhh, Nope! Instead, I am canceling my monthly color order, and will find a company that is more responsive and pays attention to small details like this issue!
Too bad, too, as in Jan/Feb, when I bought my 1st color and Many other products from them, I asked specific questions, and they were very nice and responsive. I even had a colorist call me in March,(I think,) to answer some of my (emailed) questions about coloring, while possibly letting my hair go gray!
And, I really like their color and especially shampoo and conditioner products.
This is NOT about the $18.00 I paid for the product that was not there, but the customer service and follow~up that was not there! :(

Nice Product. But very small amount for the price. You get maybe 7 uses out of it. The bottle looks large , the walls of it are extremely thick and very small well inside. I won't pay that price for a weeks worth of product.

My hair is coarse and frizzy. I used this product on semi-dry hair to style and flatten, but it does not do that unless I use more than recommended and it makes my hair feel dirty.

For best results, as shown by my stylist, this treatment oil is best used along in combination with another styling product, such as the In Perfect Form hair styling lotion. On its own, it is not as effective and tends to weigh down a bit heavily on thin hair, such as mine, and makes it appear a tad oily.

I dont like the spray, as it gets on my skin, I have trouble with its overspray. Feels sticky and does not dry

The product was recommended for protection when heat styling as my hair is already color treated and heat styled daily. For those same reasons I need some added frizz control and added shine. I give it a 9.5 in the frizz and shine control category but my hair would not form or hold a decent curl with it in my hair. I only wash my hair every other day so the 2nd day it would curl but wouldn't hold the curl the whole day even using hair spray. The person I spoke with did warn me this could be a problem so of course my limp problem hair just had to fit the bill but I wouldn't let that deter you from trying it. When putting it in just feels like good stuff so I'm disappointed.

Shine Silk did not give my hair any shine at all but did weigh it down and make it greasy. I was careful to spray a small amount in my hand, rub together then apply to mid & ends of hair but same results I've had in the past when trying one of these types of "shine" product.

I've been using another product for years and it has never left my hair looking greasy. I'm afraid this left my hair looking greasy and weighed down. I won't purchase again. It may work for others, but not on my fine and naturally curly hair.

I like the shine this gives my hair. But, I thought it would get rid of fly aways and help keep my hair from being so frizzy. After using this product I notice a bit less frizz but it is still there. I use it for the shine effect.

This is a good temporary treatment, but is very temporary. It makes the hair very soft and provides a nice sheen. It gives no body and lasts a short time. Then the hair is fly away and dry.

I have very fine hair and this product weighed it down too much...also the product I use instead leaves my hair shinier and it has more bounce to it. I do love the products I do use from esalon, just not this one

The treatment oil feels okay, I was disappointed in the applicator, it broke the second time I used it, I have to pour the oil into my hand.

This oil worked very well to temporarily quell my fuzzy curls but evaporated within a couple hours. Over continued use my hair did not improve nor did my style withstand a workday.

This product is not a Shining Armor for my coarse hair. I turned Match up off, ordered one of this product and Match up still came...now I have two!

I thought it would be a spray on oil - directly to the hair. I already have oils that I have to put in hand and rub into hair that work just as well.

I think they must have started adding this product to the hair color. I've only used it once and found it very hard to rinse out of my hair. It was left really heavy, stiff, and limp.

This product does great as long as you don't apply too much in one area. When I went to use it the first time, the pump didn't work properly. The hose that goes down into the bottle had came out of the sprayer part. I don't want to waste the product just to get the hose out so I put a small amount in my hands, rub them together and then run them through my hair. I imagine it would work better if the sprayer part hadn't come apart.

Helped tame some fly-aways when used on dry hair. When used on damp hair like it suggested it made my hair almost sticky. It only kind of went away after styling. Even after styling it was difficult to comb through hair without it breaking my hair.
