I've bought samples because the bottles of shampoos and conditioners were too pricey for a product I didn't know the quality of, but based on the samples I've used, it is a good conditioner. I wish it made my color last longer, which it didn't.

My hair extends down to the middle of my back. I ordered extra packets just in case and I used 3 packets to cover the entire length. For 50 cents a packet it is better to have more than you need rather than less.

I have long hair and l ok be finishing off my color with this conditioner. It makes my hair feel like silk but with volume. My only concern is that I have to purchase 2 additional packets and probably could use another due to my hair length.

I have no complaints of this sample. It left my hair soft and smelling delicious the only reason I will not purchase this in full size is that I do not use Shampoos and conditioners that have sulfates, parabens and silicones I try to stay away from these items as I notice hair loss when I use brands with these items in them!!

The packing department did not place all my order in when they sent my color order out. I Love the products I have bought in the pass. I rather buy my hair products from E Salon instead of some place like Walmart and other store like Walmert. I know the product is specially made for my hair

I'm not a huge fan of eSalon's fragrance so I'm giving 4. Plus, they used to send me two in my kit; now I have to pay for the extra. I used to use them for the first two shampoos. The conditioner is nice.

This conditioner did fine for use after I have finished coloring and washing my hair. But it doesn't do anything special for me at all. I have fine/thin/processed hair that needs a lot of help. So this one just isn't for me long-term. If your hair is already thick, and healthy, it would be okay to use regularly.

I ordered 10 packets as they are convenient for traveling and I have a trip coming up. I just ordered these a few months ago as well and when this current package arrived the packaging looks different and the ingredients are different as well. I contacted customer service regarding this and they refused to acknowledge my concerns and how I have used these updated packets before and left my hair feeling dried out and damaged. They refused to send me a replacement or credit back my card or send me a shipping label so I can return them. and insisting the formula is the same when it clearly states on the packaging it isn't.
After spending over $8K since 2012 for hair color with this company, I want to thank ESalon for their crappy response and inspiring me to embrace my natural hair color. As of Jan. 2021 I will be growing out the color I have loved and rocking my greys. You lose ESalon. I will be spreading the word online.
