I'm sorry just finished putting this tint in my hair and it hasn't made one, and I mean one bit of difference. I thought it would at least lift my colour a bit for the price of it. Sooo disappointed won't buy again.

Used it in the hopes to give my highlights a bit of a darker colour. The instructions say to leave it on for 2-3 minutes so I left it on for 5, again in the hopes to darken my highlights a little. It did absolutely nothing on the hair and left my scalp feeling really itchy. Would not buy again

It left a little bit of a pink cast, but I think that’s because my hair is blonder with the highlights right now. I’ll save it for when my hair is a little darker (more copper).

I received this item and I have to say very dissatisfied- did nothing for my hair and left it feeling like straw and dull.
I have tried Josh wood products which work very well and I wanted to give you a try .
No tint was left and hair felt worse . Completely unlike online reviews .

The rinse did not color my hair at all. Did not stay on my hair after following directions exactly, did nothing! Fanciful tint works better than this, anything works better than no color at all!
I would like a refund and if you send a return postage I’ll be glad to return remaining color tint to you.

Tint Rinse in Light Brunette did not work for me at all. I followed the directions exactly. My hair looks dull and feels like it's full of product. My hair usually feels quite soft, but it doesn't now. I can't wait to wash my hair this evening. It looks awful! I really wish I wouldn't have wasted my money:(

I didn’t want to post a review too soon as I wanted to give the product a chance but after my second bottle I’m still unsure what this is supposed to do to my hair apart from leave it dry ? I’ve left it on for the guided time, I’ve left it on for far longer ( to see if that was the issue) and it hasn’t once done what it says but make my hair unmanageable, dry and cause me to have a flare up of scalp psoriasis. I have my colour set to dark ash brown and after about 3 weeks it fades to a very auburn colour which I’m not keen on, the reviews say this will take the red brass tones out and I’ve yet to see it. It doesn’t change my hair colour at all so I wouldn’t suggest using this if you want real results. Just dye your hair more frequently.

This product doesn’t cover gray areas and dyes my hands. I didn’t notice a difference on my hair. It does not come with gloves. I didn’t find this product useful at all, just messy. It is a runny liquid.

This left a nice colour tinge to my hair. My only criticism would be that it also left my scalp red.
It will be interesting to see how it does once my roots come in.
I like this option for reviving the ends though without having to fully colour.

I used this product and it turned my hairGREEN. I sent email to ask consultants what I need to do and even though they said someone would get back to me asap the only information I got from them was to checkout How to Dye your hair at home and how to choose the best color for your skin tone. That was 6 days ago. Thankfully my stylist who cuts my hair was able to get the green out. I have used their hair color 32 times but after this issue of not getting back to me in a timely manner, I am cancelling my subscription.

I bought this for my daughter based off the reviews. She has light brown hair. There was no difference in her hair after using this product. She has used it a couple times and no noticeable difference. Definitely will not buy again.

I have naturally medium ash brown hair that had been heavily highlighted. I used box dye to color over the highlights with ash brown in an attempt to get it back closer to my natural color. That turned my hair a copper color, especially red at the roots. I used the Soft Red Neutralizer hoping to correct the copper/brass, and it made it worse. Total waste of time and money. I would've been better off using a purple shampoo.

It did make my hair colour look a bit refreshed; however, it makes my hair feel dry, so make sure your conditioner is really good, and maybe use a moisturising shampoo before using it.
(My hair is coily (4c) and has a medium texture.)

I wasnt sure about this rinse, if it was noticeable or not, but my husband said he liked the tone of my hair after coloring it. He usually says that after I do the color, it looks a bit too red. Maybe this toned it down.

I've re-ordered this product twice now and overall I like it. It definitely brightens your copper tones, however I have found it drys out my hair causing slight frizzyness. I would suggest doing treatments just after or using a good leave in conditioner or oil.

Under florescent lights, the tone did not look as good as the regular hair color looks - I'm going to look for a gloss conditioner instead - hopefully eSalon has one.

This tint made my hair orange, which it was supposed to do. However, the stylist recommended I use this as a color fill and I don't think it worked. My hair was supposed to go from blonde to brown and I have some hollow spots in it now. I don't think this was strong enough to act as a color fill.

I have a copper blend color but when I used this, it turned my lightest shades a noticeable pink color. Great for October but otherwise disappointing.

The color was very lush and didn't have that smell, which I loved. But they adjusted my color which I did not like at all, came out a very dull dark brown, and the coverage of the gray lasted on 3 weeks. Very dissapponted.

I’m underwhelmed, I can’t really see what difference this product makes, I only decided to try it because I have been struggling with my colour and getting rid of the brassy tones.
It’s ok at the trial price but I wouldn’t pay full price for it given the results.

I have healthy soft hair, but the ends of my hair always get very red. I tried Red Neutralizer and it corrected about 50% of the redness in my hair with one application. It does later up a lot, so a little goes a long way. I applied it and used as directed. However, even after conditioning, with a very good conditioner, my hair was frizzy and extremely dry and I had some breakage. I won't risk using it again.

I asked for an ashier color and something to reduce the red that this color is putting in my hair and this tint didn’t help, I didn’t notice a difference at all. I get better results using a drugstore hair color.

I’m confused about this product. I used this before and it was the HOLY GRAIL of all neutralizers for blondes. It saved my hair when I was faced with a coloring disaster. However this time it didn’t seem to do much of anything at all. :( Very little toning of warm colors/brassiness. Has the formula been changed recently?? :(

I was excited to try this with my plan but after half the tube, I see absolutely no difference in my color. I have left it on for 2 minutes, 5 minutes and even 10 minutes. I have short hair so I use a dime size amount. It is very runny so make sure to shake it and be careful when you put it in your hands. It lathers and smells lovely. I have seen raving reviews but it just didn’t work for me. Other than that, LOVE Esalon!

I'm not down rating the product as much as I am this particular color (golden) The tint rinse actually does work, but the gold grabs my greys and I end up having orange hued roots and whispies. Colored, my hair is dark brown, so the gold stands out in stark, unattractive contrast.

I use this regularly. While it leaves my hair silky soft I am not seeing a noticeable impact on my hair that is prone to golden brassy tones. I’ll use up the bottle but I doubt I will repurchase

The Tint Rinse did not work well for me. It left my hair with many tangles after rinsing, even when I applied conditioner after using it. I found an over-the-counter product that works much better as far as toning and conditioning my hair.
I wish eSalon would sell the Toning Mask that comes with the color kit. The Toning Mask works so well, I would definitely add it to my order on a regular basis if given the option.

I don't prefer to right a review for this because I didn't like it as much as I enjoyed the other products I purchased from esalon. I don't know if I just don't leave it in long enough but I don't think I get a color boost from this product. Plus, it leaves my hair feeling messy or icky for lack of better words. I have to use a lot of conditioner to get all the tangles out. I prefer to just use it once every 2 weeks just to see if there will be a color boost this time or just not at all. I'm pretty new to coloring so I don't know if it's normal for the product to make my hair feel like that.
