This spray is a very small can & it smears so much on my skin. My face, my fingers & my fingernails get all black. It's a bit embarrassing. I'd rather have a few grey hair showing.

Embarrassing Night of Black Smudges Reappearing on my Face

Hated it!! Concealer sprays aren’t the best anyway, but this one smeared my face at the mere thought of touching my hair. I spent the entire night constantly checking my face and trying to hide my black stained fingernails. And this is all with my hair pulled back and away from my face. I probably wouldn’t bother writing a review except I’m extremely irritated that I received ANOTHER one in my new delivery. I didn’t realize it was still in my plan for the next shipment. I really hope the formula is somehow improved in the near future. It would be nice to have something on hand for when you just don’t have time or opportunity to snuff out the unwelcomed grays.

This stuff is messy and very mattifying. It looks unnatural and will get all over your face and hands VERY easily. It runs if your scalp sweats, so don’t make the mistake of using it in the morning before the gym or even simply a humid day outside.

I really love the cover up coverage this provided. However, the day after I used it, I woke up looking a little like an oompa loompa, orange on my forhead and face. I have long hair and it didn't just stay on my hair, even stained my pillow case. I'm now afraid to put it on if there is any chance of rain.

1) This product does absolutely nothing... 2) I bought this product when I had blonde hair and also purchased light blonde color from this company to lighten it further... my hair ended up dark red at the roots and dark ashy brown throughout, with blue streaks... so a "light blonde" root touch up would be useless event if it did work... it doesn't...

I purchased the Camo mist to help cover my regrowth between coloring. I used the mist and immediately noticed that my scalp looked dirty from the spray. I assumed that it was my error and tried it several more times. Unfortunately, every time I used the mist my head looked the same. I would not recommend this product. The good: Camo Mist does cover the gray and keeps covering until it’s washed out. Smells amazing. The color match was very good. The bad: For the price the can is very small. I got about 5 applications from one can. I found it difficult to aim the mist precisely where needed (I did not get a brush with mine as some other reviewers have mentioned), and I usually ended up with color on my face and elsewhere. It made my scalp itch, and when I would scratch, I would have brown fingertips—yuck! I think I would prefer a powder that can be brushed on precisely where needed.

Camo Mist camouflages my grays nicely, but be careful as it will transfer to pillows, hats, scarves or anything else that comes into contact with the treated areas of your hair. It ruined a couple of silk pillowcases. Thankfully, I was eventually able to get the stains out-- Dollar Store "Awesome" is a wonder product!

Gray Thick Coarse hair takes a lot of Camo mist to cover. I don’t like the feel of my hair when using, it looks and feels dirty/greasy. Otherwise the color was a good match. Don’t plan to order again, I would rather have clean hair with a gray stripe! 🦨

I have to spray a lot of the product to get any color on the roots. The drugstore brand I buy is much more effective.

The spray is too powerful and comes out so fast that it is nearly impossible to control where you apply it. I wanted to just cover my roots near my temples, and ended up with blotches on my face. I really hate this product. Will return to using my Color Wow compact.

The shipping is abysmal. I was told the order had shipped. There was no information on shipper website for three days. Then it was in New York and it took five days to get here...……..long after I needed it. The products have been good thus far, but this shipping problem which occurs EVERY TIME is enough for me to discontinue purchasing. This type of inaccurate information of stating shipping, but it's just in a staging area FOR shipping is disturbing.

It seems to work well but unfortunately it’s too pricy for me. Similar products in the store are a good $10.00 less. I am willing to pay more for you color kit because it does a good job, but for s root touch up spray I don’t feel that the cost is justified.

This product covers the gray/roots pretty well. On the negative side...in order to actually cover the roots, the amount I have to spray makes my hair feel gummy and weighted down where I cannot manage the hair in that area. This is why I gave it a 3 out if 5.

Truly not as good as good as L'Oreal Magic Root CoverUp- eSalon very sticky

I purchased this a couple of times (mostly to increase my order to get free shipping) and was shipped a mis-labeled can, instead of the Auburn color I expected and had previously received, it came out very dark brown on my hair! They did credit that can after I had to produce photos of color from the current can compared to my previous correct can (and all the can markings), but by then I had purchased the L'Oreal product (with a manufacturer coupon) and I realized how much more I liked the L'Oreal product. The eSalon product is really sticky and difficult to style. They would not however extend any other credit as it had ended up over 30 days by then, but that I could mail it back to them anyways. Why would I actually pay more to ship back something I didn't like knowing I wouldn't receive credit for it? When they did extend credit for the wrong color, the way they did it, I had to spend even that much more to get free shipping. All this besides the fact that they raised the minimum for free shipping during the time I had been a customer of theirs, I am thinking I may need to find an alternative source for my color- and I have been looking but I feel that is sad

Hard to cover hair

I find it difficult to cover my grey. I only have grey in a small patch right in the front of my hair. It is hard to cover with dye also. This product is only effective for about 80%. If I use enough to cover the grey my hair looks greasy. The color is fine.

This is nigh impossible to apply with this spray apparatus. It splatters and comes out in big droplets. I’ve tried getting way back when I spray, but then it goes all over, with very little reaching my hair. It’s a sticky mess.

I was excited to try out the camo mist but was quickly disappointed. I followed the instructions and it covers up ok but it made my hair feel stiff and full of products. My hair just felt heavy as if there were a ton of product in my hair. I wasnt able to run my fingers thru my hair without getting stuck in tangles. I dont think.that I'll be purchasing this again.

I was hoping this would cover up my grey hair at the roots, but it does not. I’ve sprayed quite a bit and nothing. I won’t buy this product again.

I am typically very pleased with your products, and was surprised that this one is a bit of a disappointment. It comes out messy and drips all around the top. The coverage is pretty good, which is why I am giving it 2 stars, but it gets all over my hands during application. Thumbs down on this one. I am sure I will not be purchasing it again.

Smell is horrible, toxic smell, spray doesnt get to the gray area, WASTE. I want a refund. Am returning this item back. One spray was enough to gag!
