So honestly this is not for me. Tried in twice to be sure. I really wanted to love it. I do love the smell, and the premise behind this. However,my hair,even though it’s on the dry side, Hates this stuff. It feels dirty by the time it’s dry, my scalp itches also. Yes, I rinsed the Heck outta my hair, no residue left on that way. It just doesn’t work for me. I love every other product I’ve used, just not this one. Thanks anyway eSalon!

I liked it the first time I used it. But after using it 4 or 5 times, it seemed to strip the hair. I actually think it damaged my hair, and asked to return it. (Actually, the customer service rep told me it wasn’t necessary to return it. She simply issued a credit of the $6 promo purchase price, which offset my next order in December.

This is the first product I've bought from eSalon that did not leave great results my hair looked very flat . Maybe because it's a shampoo and conditioner in one and not best for my hair but probably a good product as all else I've tried yes 10 out of 10

I have wavy/curly hair and love a good co-wash. This wasn’t the worst one I’ve tried,but I won’t repurchase. It did an adequate job of cleaning my hair, but it was not very moisturizing. It also took a ton of product to get the job done. I will probably only get 5-6 uses out of the bottle.

I have very long hair and loved the Colour Care Shampoo + Conditioner, so was pleased to see the CoWash, imagining it to be the best of both. Unfortunately no. It didn't lather, my hair didn't feel much cleansed and was dry and difficult to comb and detangle afterwards. Sorry, I don't recommend.

I usually have to do multiple shampoo's with this one b/c it doesn't cover all my hair well or remove oily scalp and it doesn't lather hardly at all. I'm going to order the original shampoo to get that back.

I really like this product however I have to use a ton of it. I have shoulder length, really thick hair and have to use at least a quarter cup to get it distributed evenly. One bottle only lasts a few washings.

Although this is a nice product and I am glad I tried it, it is not for me and it may work better in people who has a lot of hair which is not my case. My hair is thin and after using the product, it gets flat without any volume whatsoever, and my curls are not even there. I think I will stick to Wen in this case.

I love the idea of using one product to clean and condition at the same time. I have used Cream CoWash 3 times and followed the directions on the bottle (Mind you the instructions are SO SMALL that I had to take a picture of the bottle and increase the size in order to even read how to use the product!!) but each time I felt like my hair was heavy and dirty within just a couple of days. I generally go 5 - 6 days between washing and with the CoWash I can go 3 at the max!! I am disappointed but also understand that not every product works for every hair type :)

I wanted to try the CoWash because I love the custom colour set and also the highlights, so I trusted eSalon with this product, too. I have to say that after trying it twice, I really don't like how greasy my hair feels and dry at the same time... I don't know how to explain it! I'm definitely not going to buy it again, too bad because it wasn't cheap.

Ordered this to try and my hair felt like I hadn't showered in 3 days! Used it 4 mornings in a row then threw it in the trash. Please, if you're gonna sell something like this you've gotta put less conditioner in it. My hair was flat and felt greasy.

I was rather disappointed with this shampoo, I expected it to clean my hair and moisturise it. Instead I found that it left it greasy on my scalp even when I used loads and repeated.
I go swim and use the sauna so wanted to use something that would be more moisturing.
I thought that this be great as I am growing my hair for a cancer wig charity and thought it would keep my hair in good condition.
So I am left to conclude that If you have dry hair After using more harsh products it would be perfect.
Just not beneficial for myself.

This works really well for a combo shampoo/conditioner. But it does not moisturize your hair. It leaves me wanting & wishing I had ordered the conditioner as a separate product 🙁

I love the Esalon. However, this product is not for me. It doesn't lather well and leaves my hair feeling weighted down. Additionally, there is a residue left on my fixtures (sink, and/or tub-shower. Don't like that!) Not the fresh feel I like. It may work for others... I prefer the Classic Shampoo.

Waste of money. Hair is noticably still dirty after using. Have to use dry shampoo as if didn't wash it at all. Might still try and use it as conditioner after washing with regular shampoo.

The combo does not perform like the two separate products I have always used. It leaves my hair feeling stiff. I am also unhappy with the new packaging in the last year. Product is hard to squeeze out. Please return to prior packaging.

I'll have to give it another try, but it left my hair feeling greasy. I have dry hair so this was new to me! I had rinsed the product as directed. Might just be me, but I'll stick with the shampoo and conditioner duo.

I also think they have to redesign the bottle since it is hard to squeeze and get out the shampoo. I k now it is cheaper design but it does not work well.
The formula should be more runny to be able to get it out of the bottle and use it on hair.

I did not like the smell of the product. But my biggest problem was that my roots still looked grease afterwards like it was never washed. The softness of my ends was nice afterwards. i would not order this product again.

I like the shampoo and conditioner separately much better than cowash . Cowash end result is the same as separate, however going on it feels heavy, greasy and hard to suds.

I tried the product 2 times each time it left my hair heavy. Even while drying my hair my hands felt like a filmy wax coming off from my hair. Sorry, but really isn't good.

I would have given 4 stars but the packaging was not good. The bottle cap was not tight and the Cream CoWash leaked out. Fortunately the bottle was in a separate bag so the mess was contained.

Usually I wash to refresh the smell of my hair. Some products are a magnet for adsorbing odor from an environment of say... a hospital, not to mention the fear of germs. I didn’t care for the results of this product just on cleanliness.

DUO IT ALL left my hair felt heavy, greasy and weighted-down. It felt like I hadn’t showered in two weeks, I got back in the shower and ended up having to scrub my hair with a deep cleansing shampoo , I went back to regular shampoo and conditioner

Well - I never felt anything so quickly sleek out my hair. It went smooth and silky immediately - didnt really feel like I washed it - but totally conditioned. The smell was horrific - I did have to use a better smelling shampoo to combat the scent. I give it an A for conditioning - a C for washing and an F- for the smell!

I'm a big fan of cowash and have used other brands before with good results. This one was unfortunately a miss. The formula was so thick, it was difficult to squeeze out of the bottle. It left my hair feeling greasy and weighed down, not clean.

It takes too much product to feel like I'm cleaning my hair and even then it does not feel like it stays clean for very long. It's very thick and hard to get from the bottle. Also the cap was not tight and it was leaking everywhere when I received it. I like to idea, it just does not work for me.

This is an odd product as it does not foam like regular shampoo. It's like putting conditioner in your hair and then hoping you manage to rinse it all out. While my hair looks clean; my scalp doesn't feel totally clean. I'll use this until it's gone but don't think I will be reordering it.....

This combo shampoo/conditioner does not live up the the other excellent products from ESalon. It does not froth very well at all. Most frustrating is that it does not squeeze out of the bottle!! It appears to be too thick. It needs to be more liquid. I have to take off the whole cap to squeeze it out, and then I get either too much or too little. Back to the drawing board for this one!!

Pros:
Product is really gentle and smells good while still doing the job. My hair is thin and since it’s colored, it’s even more important to take good care of it. Regular shampoo usually makes my hair feel stripped and regular conditioner weighs it down and makes it look limp. This co-wash is a perfect balance.
Cons:
When the package arrived there was some product oozing out of the cap which was not tightly screwed on. And the poem in the package was beyond cheesy. Maybe save on printing costs and use the money for an eco-friendly solution on keeping the cap screwed on tightly when shipping.
