So cute and easyFirst, let's talk about the box it comes in. It's cute and friendly with little messages over the products. The instructions are easy to follow and the color turned out great. My hair also didn't feel dry after coloring which is a huge change from the drugstore haircolor box I used to use. Also, the personal stylist is so helpful and informative. Custom color - TonerColor was great match & lasted longer than expected. However the TONER which I used 2 weeks after the color turned my hair nearly BLACK!!! I will NOT be using the second set received & would like to return the toner for a refund. It was just awful... Great Color !!I Was hesitant at first. But I went ahead and purchased a personalized color. I am also a cosmetologist, and I love the color that they mixed for me. My color is still fresh. Just waiting to see how long it will be before my Grays are visible. So far there isn't any damage that I can feel. My hair is soft and luxurious. Not to mention the color in the sunlight. Can’t believe my eyesI was sceptical, but then I went for it. I decided to try because nothing else was working for me and even at the salon I wasn’t getting the colour I wanted. When I tell you I am shocked! I am. It’s exactly what I’ve been trying to achieve. Looks so natural and beautiful. The process was so simple and fool proof. Easier than any kit I’ve used.
