Omg- you people nailed it!I had... had... to post this right after I colored today! I am in love with my new color - this is the color I have wanted for years! None of the stylists I went to ever quite got it - but your colorist did! I spent so... much money every time I went to the hairdresser and now I feel like I could have saved myself the time, money and hassle! Great ideaYou have made my life better. Although I miss the personal touch friends. The 1st kit was designed to help easily following directions. I certainly wish I thought of it. My perfect color!When I first ordered esalon, I loved the process of everything but I wasn't a fan of the color. After reaching out and telling them the dye didn't stick to my hair well, they gave me a free credit for another box and we adjusted my color. This time around, my hair color is PERFECT! It's extremely healthy, shiny, and just suits ME. I've gotten endless compliments on my hair color and I refer everyone to eSalon every time!
