Why?Though I love the custom color, my hair came out so dry and gummy. I was so excited to try this and I was already planning my next order. Although the color was amazing I'm not sure I will risk my hair again. UPDATE*** Thank you so much Sarah!! The trick worked wonders! My advice is women do not assume you know how to dye your hair!! Absolutely love my colorIt's been Maybe three or four times we've adjusted my color. U guys nailed it. I absolutely love my color and I do it myself at home so I love it even more. A great kitI enjoy receiving my kit, it has everything I need to sort my hair colour out . It smells more pleasant than others and seems to blend better with previous colour. Good coverageGood coverage - plenty of colour (considering ny husband put it on for me and he did a good job). I can still see a shine of red in the light however I think I need a 2nd layer of colour as my original colour was quite bright (red).
