Perfect haireSalon definitely got the color right when they sent me my custom color last month. I'm so glad I followed instructions and didn't take it upon myself to leave the color in longer like I do with the drugstore brands. As a person whose hair is between brown, red, and blond, I was buying a golden blond through the drugstore, because there was nothing between an intense red and a golden blond. The color eSalon mixed for me really looks like my hair used to look and is much more natural. The dye didn't smell bad, either, and although I had to read the instructions a few times to understand exactly what to do, I managed to come out with a very great color that made me feel younger and really covered any grays that I have, especially around my face area. There is no drying out, rough texture, damage, or negative results with this. I would ordinarily be skeptical of internet products but this one is great. It's wonderful to have a good hair experience, I bet everyone understands this.
