From skeptic to believerI guessed at the color I needed. From the picture I sent, they suggested an adjustment to it. I love the color and I never received this many compliments when I went to a professional! Their customer service is outstanding. It is helpful if you have someone who can help apply the color to the roots on the back of your head. My husband is getting good at that part. I also like having it shipped on a regular basis and the fact that they notify me a few days before they ship it in case I want to make a change. No-BrainerThis takes all the guesswork, hesitation and "hope for the best" with hair color decisions. The color is custom made just for you! None of the shades in the store were exactly what I was looking for but this product was just perfect. In case you need to tweek it a little, just look at the formula they send with the package and let your colorist know. They respond very quickly and provide terrific customer service.
