Love the colorMy color choice came out perfect for my roots. I was able to preserve my existing highlights for a bit of an ombré affect. Salon in a box!This is the best at home hair color I have used. My ginger hair looks bright and shiny and I even used the no ammonia formula. It was easy to apply. I have extremely sensitive skin and until a recent salon disaster went to Aveda salons. Their color is one of the more gentle on the market, but it always left my scalp red, burning, itchy, and generally angry during coloring and for up to a week after. This formula was itchy while I was coloring-BUT after shampooing and conditioning, my scalp was just a little red and the itchiness stopped. I look forward to trying some highlights next! 3 rd color orderI was looking for a particular shade of auburn color hair. The first one was too brown dark. The second one had too much red mixed in and I hated that color. I wanted a natural looking shade (auburn). So I tried one more time sent them what I wanted with a picture of what I have and a picture of their color sample so they know when I wanted and they got it right !! Give ESalon a sufficient time and keep letting them know exactly how they need to change the color and they will get it right or not charge you to fix it. I’ll stay with my plan as long as I can afford their very reasonable prices. I now in a few months have the color I want. Thank you ESalon for my new look. Amazing!My hair color before eSalon was a disaster! I'd tried manic bleach and color to go teal and when that faded to a gross yellow/green I was forced to go red to get the green color out. Finally that started to fade into blond with 2" of red near my roots and finally my actual roots which are darker. I was worried the whole thing would start to look like a wonky red/brown/blond rainbow so I decided to try eSalon and spent a great deal of time with their system choosing the closest brown hair color to match my eyebrows as I could and explained my whole hair color adventure in a message to eSalons styists. I recieved an email a day later confirming the choice and telling me the order would ship shortly. Well let me tell you, they pegged it one shot!!! I can barely the tell difference between their color and my eyebrows, even in the full bright sunshine!! It looks amazing and I feel like me again! 1 von 1 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich.
