Very pleased with this purchase!Very surprised how fast I received this product although when I went to open the box, color must have leaked out of the second color bottle. There was color on the outside of bottle, in the plastic holder that the bottles sat in, the inside of box and instructions. I had to be careful taking everything out of the box. Perfect1st time went a little red but thats my hair. So the next time I told my colorist and it came out so perfect dark golden blonde. I will never go back to the salon. Great colorThe ordering process was very personable and quick. I ordered medium brown which came out to be a beautiful color, however, it ended up being a lot darker in my hair than I wanted.
