Impressively close to my favorite coloristI was very impressed at how the colorist at eSalon, by just a few pictures and a short description of my hair in my own words, was able to imagine and create nearly the same combination of base color and highlights that my favorite colorist had derived for me in person! The only reason for the four stars is because the roots came out too light. But this was partially my doing by not emphasizing that the crown of my head is nearly entirely white. SIMPLY SAID - NO COMPETITIONI HAVE BECOME VERY ILL WITH AN ILLNESS THAT MAKES IT DIFFICULT TO MAKE IT TO MY HAIR APPOINTMENTS. I HAVE NOT COLORED MY HAIR IN OVER 30 YEARS SO I WAS APPREHENSIVE BUT DECIDED TO ORDER FROM eSALON AND HOPE FOR THE BEST. MY COLOR IS ACTUALLY BETTER AND TO THINK I WAS PAYING ALMOST $200 AND NOW MY HAIR LOOKS BETTER AND THE PRICE IS NOT EVEN AN ISSUE. Love the color. Wish it lasted longer.I love this product and the color that was picked for me. Maybe it's just my hair that doesn't seem to hold color as long as it should. But the Greys come back within a week or two. By week 4 I have lots of grey. But this is with every color I have tried.
