Not the colour I ordered. But Still good!I followed the instructions step by step and asked for the light Ash Blonde. It didn't come out as light as I wanted it and turned out quite dark. However I still really liked the colour. It is basically my natural hair colour that I haven't seen in years! Not a block colour either looks like I have highlights and low lights. Great coloring product still, but the shampoo packet is a pain in the showerThe packet doesn’t tear right; the hole wasn’t big enough to extrude the shampoo out. I didn’t want to leave the shower dripping wet to find scissors either. Needless to say, I kept the water running longer than I should while I struggled to re-tear the packaging. Love the product but very upset with price of orders!Love the product but very upset with price of orders! I never requested the Color Kiss added to my orders. I do not use them and am now stuck with 3 of these at an unbelievable cost of $12 each. I am now $36 in the hole and would like to send them back with free shipping as I never requested these. I actually still have the free sample sent way before. This happened before and I had to cancel the touch-ups. I don't know how they got re-added to my account but I am very upset they did. I rarely check e-mails anymore and somehow missed this but I must cancel any future orders as I can only afford the store bought from now on. My go-toMy first color turned out very ashy on me. My colorist mixed a dark blonde and golden blonde, but it turned grey blonde, and not in a good way. I have tan skin, so anything too dark makes me monotone. I loved the personalization and all the extras my kit came with, so I am giving my next shipment a try. Update: 2 years later, this is cheaper than going to the salon or beauty store. If you're specific, your colorist will match as much as possible, just pay attention to the tones they mix together. Still on the fenceBut gave it 4 stars due to ease of ordering and great customer service. The color was very easy to apply and smells pretty good... it looked very natural when first applied which is unusual for my fine hair...which usually sucks in color and comes out too dark. The bad part is the color did not cover gray roots very well and does not last very long. (However, truth be told, I have always had a problem with color lasting...very porous hair, which doesn’t seem to hold color!) will definitely try again 8 von 8 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich.
