Disappointed with the colourThe colour turned out to be nothing like what I ordered. I chose a colour similar to my natural, wanted to make it more bright snd vibrant, not to totally change it into a completely different colour. Very disappointed. Delivery also took a very long time. Permanent colorI asked for no ammonia and they never looked at the last comments and proceeded to give me ammonia in my color. Not what I expectedI ordered the color in light brown. I did a strand test, but apparently it wasn’t enough to show that it would turn my hair a dark auburn. It’s not a bad color, but not what I expected. I wanted to just cover the gray with my natural color, which is what I ordered.
