Something happened to the color this monthI just colored my hair with my recently received color set and something was terribly wrong this time. The color and developer did not mix properly and the color wouldn’t hardly come out of the bottle. It was thick and lots of product settled at the bottom of the bottle in a thick goop. color faded fastI liked the results initially, but then a few days later noticed one spot looked a bit lighter. Less than a week later, I noticed some of the color had already washed away - and I could see grey streaks coming through! I followed instructions to the T. GraysI finally used the color and loved it but it really didn’t color the grays around my face and a little bit on top of my head. I’m pretty sure I did it properly… is there another reason for this. Not sure they understand the greying customerNot as happy with my last 2 colours so not sure if I will use again.
