Ugggg!I loved the first few times I colored my hair with your hair coloring products, however this last coloring was a bit frustrating. LOVE the color, but after 5 washes and using high quality hair products, the color is still found on my hair towel. It has never done this in the past with your salon products. Very darkThis should have been the same colour as the previous one but it has made my hair very dark which is annoying as the previous colour had lightened it to a more natural colour after box dye nightmares!
