BummedColor made no change to my hair, wasn't the color i asked for. I feel like i pick a certain color and they change it to what they think will work. Was told they would resend the color i asked for and again it seemed like they chose the color. Not right colorAfter reading numerous reviews online and hearing how great the color is at eSalon I decided to give it a try. Boy was I wrong. I have naturally red hair and wanted to cover up whites; I ordered a color very similar to my natural hair color and now my hair is brown not even a slight tint of red. Very upset with the color I could have gone to the store and picked out a box and have better results. Shame on me for putting my trust in esalon.
