Would give zero stars if possibleI ordered 1x color but company put me on auto ship plan and refuses to change it—and continues to Bill me—despite numerous requests to get them to stop. InconformidadAún No llena mis expectativas en cuanto al cubrimiento de canas, se hizo un ajuste pero esta vez mi raíz quedó con un todo como castaño y no las canas quedaron mucho más claras, fue peor que la primera vez, para nada conforme, el próximo pedido si me lo envían con los ajustes para cubrir las canas como debe ser, que sea por garantía, no pienso pagar más dinero o cancelo la orden definitivamente, gracias y quedo en espera de sus comentarios 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. Not A Fan!!I thought custom color at home would be GREAT!! BUT it was NOT!!! The color I received was even darker than my original and I was not amused. They did scramble and try to make things right but when it comes to color it has to be right the first timeI canceled my monthly orders but came to find out it had not canceled and I was sent another custom color that I do not want.
