Extremely disappointed with the colorI was so excited for my color to get here because it was “created for me”. My color choice was darkest brown mahogany copper stated my color was soft black and from the color match it SHOULD have been just as the description of my color selection . But I ended up with blackest black !! I never was that dark as a kid....it’s as if I walk into any store and purchased an inexpensive boxed color. Not quite rightFirst order, root colour one nearly there just a little too dark, colour two lengths and ends, far too light only colour showing is bright coppper didn’t blend at all with colour one there was a stripe line where the colours meet. Does not workI have hard to color gray. I made sure I noted this on esalon. My box from the grocery store works better! This was a waste of time and double the cost. A lot of my gray did take the color and the ones that did look blonde. I did everything just like the directions and I am not new to using box color. Did not cover grey and poor serviceI followed the instructions. Product did not cover my grey at all. I was not offered a refund but told they would adjust the formula and send me a new kit (which I would pay for). Several weeks later, the new kit hasn’t come.
