This was supposed to lighten my hair and it made it darker!I followed all the instructions carefully and fully. This did not lighten my hair a couple of shades as promised. Not happyI chose the color I wanted via the color chart- it looks nothing like that at all. Its darker, I even screenshot the color I wanted- it was closer to the color I had before. I am very unimpressed. I followed the instructions to a tee. My birthday is coming up and although it doesn't look like it got botched- it doesn't look like what I wanted or had picked out.
