poor coverage of grayAfter asking the color to be slightly darker and more gray coverage and no red, It was just the opposite. After supposed adjustment in color, it seemed like more red, color lighter, and still didnt cover grays well. Cancelled any further shipments. Not for meI've been coloring my own hair for years. This color was nice but it did not cover my gray all the way. I followed your directions. I will go back to my own hair color. DisappointedI colored my hair Dec 1 & today is 17th...it is lightening up where you can see my scalp & part more. I was hoping your color was going to be better than over counter...more vibrant & last longer color but that is not the case. Pas la couleur que je voulaisBonjour. Vous m'avez envoyé du brun alors que je souhaitais du violet. J'en ai utilisé qu'une seule mais les 3 autres non utilisées.
