Always the perfect colorLove eSalon color--been using it for 10+ years! This review is more about the excellent customer service experience I just had. I forgot to adjust my order and had a couple recurring products that I did not need to re-order yet. The order was processed, but they made it so easy for me to change it even after the fact. 5 minutes on the phone, no arguing, just understanding, kindness, and a quick cancellation/refund. Great natural color!I love the adjustment to my custom color. Red hair is a hard color to match, and this was just the right amount of red to add to my blend to get the look I was going for. AMAZING PRODUCTI am amazed with the quality and perfect result of my hair color. It’s amazingly perfect.
