colour changeI wasn't happy with the grey coverage with my first order. My team made a suggestion and added an extra colour step at no charge. Liked it but not as much as last timeThis time my hair turned out much darker... almost black. The directions called for me to leave it on for 30 minutes but in the past I thought it was only 15-20... maybe that was the difference. GOT THE COLOR I ASKED FORI got the color I asked for, I think on my next visit I'd like to give it a BIG twist. I don't agree with the 100% gray coverage because I still have some gray hairs in me.
